A Christmas card.
I can't complain, I get a ham for Thanksgiving, quarterly incentive bonuses based on production, awards for safety milestones.

I know, made out like a bandit considering the price of pig going up while turkey dropped.

I would rather not discuss the specifics in case the IRS is lurking about.

My company does not give year end bonuses.
They do have an annual awards dinner with a big sit down dinner at a fancy hotel where they hand out trophies and have cash raffles... ...but the VP of Operations told the entire Distribution department three days before the event that "we are more valuable to the company if we stay behind and work" rather than showing up for the dinner. That request was rescinded quickly but it ticked us off so much that less than 20% of the department bothered to go.
We used to get a monthly bonus of $75 based on whether we kept our shipping percentage up.... ...but since we changed our computer system in June, they haven't figured out how to calculate our shipping percentage so they just haven't given out bonuses for the last 7 months.
Needless to say, morale in my department is pretty low.

Not really technically. Although we usually get a check for the surplus of the company around November, but technically it can' be called a Christmas bonus. Still, it was over $700, which was nice.
Other than that we got a lot of free food. Even moreso than usual. I had free Chinese food today and ice cream, which was quite nice.
Edit: Also, forgot to mention I picked up a bunch of extra shifts that I get time and a half for. This is just because so many people are on vacation. Right now I'm near the end of my fourth shift in a row. I've been working since 2:09 p.m. yesterday. I should be leaving in about half an hour, but then have come in at 7:00 A.M. for another overtime shift.

It was an annual bonus, but given the timetable I'll count it. It was 2 percent of the gross salary; decent chunk of change.

Well, no, and yes. No actual bonus or gift, but everyone from work went out for the traditional company Christmas dinner, with The Big Boss paying for everything.

One of my full-time jobs had a Christmas dinner too. The other one is supposed to have a holiday party sometime in January TBA, but I'm not holding my breath. That company is way worse anyway and I probably wouldn't go since I don't have much in common with my co-workers there.
