You know, it becomes hard for WWE to be unpredictable when we are here trying to predict every possible outcome and dwelling on it for weeks.

You know, it becomes hard for WWE to be unpredictable when we are here trying to predict every possible outcome and dwelling on it for weeks. A radio show about a murder trial that happened in the 90s managed to be unpredictable, and there were way more people sitting around discussing that. True, but I often feel like we're so desperate for unpredictability that we might be forgetting about the story having to make sense. Things often become predictable because it's often what makes the most logical sense. Sure, Heath Slater being WWE Champion would be f***ing awesome, but it'd be on the back of only three televised wins in the last 12 months. How does THAT make sense? I don't necessarily WANT Triple H to win the title in the Rumble and defend against Reigns at WrestleMania, but that would be a logical outcome based on the story they're telling. Of course, that's not to say that they couldn't have spent the time to build up many others as logical, credible challengers, but unpredictability for unpredictability's sake is how we end up with Russo-esque nonsense that just gives people headaches. I'd rather not need a road map just to keep track of wrestling storylines, thanks.

HHH winning would be a mark-out moment. The defenceless COO beaten down by an arrogant upstart returns for revenge. He'd get a monster pop for returning and dethroning the ups..oh we're supposed to be cheering Reigns right?

The rock eliminates HHH... Lesnar eliminates Rock... To keep people guessing on the mania match between Rock and HHH or lesnar vs Rock.

Before they announced that the WWE World Heavyweight Championship would be defended in the Rumble, I thought Triple H would win the Rumble. However, they threw us a curveball, so I can't be too sure of anything now.

You know now that HHH could just come in and cost Reigns the title to set up a Mania match instead of winning the Rumble I think the chances are now less then before.

I'll throw a twist since this is nothing more than fantasy booking: Triple H comes out, but shows he's enlisted a now heel returning Bryan. Place explodes.
