OK, I've come to a couple of (hopefully) reasonable executive decisions regarding Money In The Bank.
Since the Money In The Bank briefcase can be won and, in rare cases, defended like a championship belt, then any matches for it shall be subject to a championship multiplier. At x1.75, it is more valuable than all but the WWE World Heavyweight Championship it can be cashed in for.
As such, the Money In The Bank PPV shall be increased in prestige from its current status among Other PPVs, placing its monthly appearance points total at 30 points (equal to Survivor Series) and increasing its show multiplier to 1.75 (above Other PPVs, but still less than Survivor Series).

It's interesting to see how much of an effect getting to be the one who hits the finish/pin in tag matches has on one's position. Gable/Jordan as an example.

BIG update for Money In The Bank. Seth Rollins and John Cena enter the rankings with their first matches of the year. Baron Corbin gets the 10 point bonus for another five straight TV wins.
For the purposes of scoring, a MITB cash in after a main event match will also count for main event points.

Pretty dubious honor for Deonna to be the first un-signed person to take a 5-loss penalty.
Never mind. Forgot about Hollis and Skyler's "call up" to Smackdown that one time...

Updated for SmackDown. AJ Styles gets the 10 point bonus for five straight TV wins.
Also, looking for suggestions on how to value the Cruiserweight Classic tournament in terms of appearance points and show multipliers, in comparison to other WWE shows.

Also, looking for suggestions on how to value the Cruiserweight Classic tournament in terms of appearance points and show multipliers, in comparison to other WWE shows. Well, it is being taped at Full Sail, so perhaps equal to or slightly lesser than NXT? Maybe weigh the later rounds of the tournament itself higher than the first couple rounds (with any side matches retaining the first few round's value)? And of course, there would be a good point bonus for the tournament winner. An elimination chamber match is 15 points and a Royal Rumble winner is 20, so that's a good starting point.

Equal to NXT will work fine. In terms of multiplier bonuses for tournament progress, I'm thinking a +0.25 addition for every two stages of advancement through the tournament: Round of 32 = 0.75 Round of 16 = 0.75 Quarter Finals = 1.00 (0.75 + 0.25) Semi Finals = 1.00 (0.75 + 0.25) Grand Final = 1.25 (0.75 + 0.5) I could probably apply that to all single elimination tournaments retroactively and from now on if necessary (including any possible new iteration of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic)... Yet strangely, due to the only other tournament so far this year (the Tag Team #1 Contender Tournament that ended at Payback) ending in a no contest because of Enzo Amore's concussion, no recalculation would be necessary since the finalists got no points for the match. In terms of bonus points for winning the tournament, I think 15 would suffice, especially given that whoever wins it may also get the 10 point bonus for five straight TV wins in the process.

That tag tournament is a weird thing, because although the match was ruled a no contest, I believe they did recognize The Vaudevillians as the winners of the tournament the next night on Raw.
