Welcome to The Sandlercast! The Sandlercast follows Swanson, Kiorein and Stairmaster as they watch the entire filmography of Adam Sandler and try to keep from spiraling into madness in the process. Join along every other week as the journey into darkness continues! On this week’s episode, we’ve finally reached the end (for now) as we watch Sandler’s latest, the pseudo-documentary, Sandy Wexler. We discuss Sandler’s first inter-racial relationship, Kevin James and his many puppets and a brand-new, extra annoying, Sandler voice. Also, an in-depth discussion of the history of Jason Voorhees. Episode 44: Sandy WexlerIf you have any comments or questions you can email us at thevisualmotion@gmail.com or contact us via Twitter @zestyaroma and @jesseswanson. do yourself a favor skip this, and jump to FAN's favorite movie. Billy Madison. You'll get plenty of more thread replies. Just as long as you share delicious triscuit crackers.

That may be unwise, starting with one of Sandler's better films. Might want to space out the more pleasant experiences, rather than start with dessert and have only shit to look forward to.

I have like, 5 different DVD compilation sets with this on it and have still not put it on.
I always see it in second hand DVD sections/bargain bins, usually packaged with Woody Allen's Picking Up The Peaces, Danny DeVito's Drowning Mona or George Clooney's Combat Academy.

We've already suffered through it. We're suffering through all of it. So if you wanna hear people suffer, listen to The Sandlercast.

I should clarify that we haven't gotten to Billy Madison yet, that's a ways off as we're going through Sandler's filmography in order. His second point stands though, if you love the sounds of suffering you'll love The Sandlercast!

Shakes the Clown, The Citizen Kane of alcoholic clown movies. Still strange how many famous people are in this, Adam Sandler, LaWanda Page, Tom Kenny, Robin Williams, and so on.

Yeah I talk in the episode about how shocked I was to see Robin Williams in this. He was easily the best part. Tom Kenny was also amazing.

I haven't seen it in years, but I remember liking this film. "BINKY? WHAT THE F***?!"
Tom: "I liked how Bob saw and took...he saw past my glasses and my nerdy persona and realized there was a verifiable PSYCHO lurking behind this; whereas, the average casting director would think 'Gee, he'd make a good nerd', y'know?"

I remember Coneheads being rather entertaining when I was very young, but I can't say what I'd think of it now. I at least was amused by stuff like the dentist scene.

There were some slightly amusing scenes but it was pretty much a Coneheads sketch stretched to 80-something minutes there was just the barebones of a plot in it and that didn't really work for me.

I used to watch it all the time as a kid. Dunno if I'd enjoy it as much nowadays.
