Back when I was a kid, this, George Micheal's Sports Machine and Rogan's Heros were the sign that "Yep, back to school tomorrow."

International Statement. Enough said. Makes my walk to the super market seem so much more meaningful.

Back in the late 1990s and early 2000s when the Patriots were boiling garbage, I'd look forward to "NFL Primetime" on Sunday night more than the actual games on Sunday afternoon.

I hate Berman now, like most red-blooded Americans. But yes, Sunday NFL Primetime was appointment TV for a lot of the 90s/00s before the NFL sold it out. I remember every Sunday when the late games were coming to a close, you had to have the remote close to turn it to ESPN (a hilarious statement now). Or god forbid a game went into overtime, and you try and go back and forth.
I also miss the hell out of the old Inside The NFL days. Before the NFL and it's coverage became laughably over-saturated. Both of these were absolute staples of the 90's when you couldn't get out of market games and had to wait to see highlights and discussion that are pretty much real time now. Relics of a bygone era, sadly.
