Man, this company.
The real issue I have with Feast or Fired is the fact that they don't follow through with the other stipulations, either. I mean... how many times has a guy won the World title with one of these briefcases? None. It'd be like if the history of Money in the Bank in WWE was where everybody was like Damien Sandow when they cashed in. What point is there? In fact, the tag briefcase last year was randomly given to the Global Force guys because reasons.
That said, even though we all make fun of Chavo Guerrero, that's pretty low for a company to deliberately decide that they will follow through on a needless stipulation and fire somebody just so they can justify their braindead angle.

They haven't treated the guys who won the good briefcases that well either. They once had Hernandez cash in his WORLD TITLE SHOT in a fatal four way match. He looked like the biggest idiot possible. I understand faces not wanting to cash in when the champion is hurt but you could at least find the guy and do a one on one match.

The best one was Low Ki. He asks for his release because they weren't using him that often. TNA responds by granting him his release and booking him in Feast or Fired and then a mini-feud with Christopher Daniels over the briefcase that Low Ki won. Instead of just having Low Ki keep the briefcase and be fired since he was leaving anyway, Daniels wins it and HE gets fired. Low Ki then just leaves anyway.

Dixie just needed a way to fire people and seem nice about it.

Dixie just needed a way to fire people and seem nice about it. "Nothing personal, sug. I hope we can remain friends. If you need any help don't hesitate and call me, hun." "Jeremy, write a negative, false story up tearing down this sumbitch and send it to the sheets. Bob, stop payment to his check."

Wait didn't I remember Chavo praising TNA after he left? Saying "they were professional" and all that stuff. What made him change his mind.

I don't recall when he got involved with Lucha Underground, or if its future was certain at the time, but this is presumably a bridge he can safely burn now, whereas before, he probably was more hesitant.

Now, this is what I hate about TNA. They're so stupid you kind of find yourself rooting for them and enjoying having them around to laugh at, but then they prove that you don't have to be smart to be an asshole. Yeah, we like to laugh at their incompetence, then we get stuff like Roxxi or this and remember that they're horrible

Never been a huge Chavo fan but that is the most unprofessional BS I've ever read. I know wrestlers in this market can't be too picky, but really, why would you ever want to work for a company like that? That said, WWE is not above the same kind of BS, like when they moved JR from Raw to SD and he found out about for the first time, live on Raw. Yeah, it's not quite as awful as this TNA example, but I remember reading that in the original WWE draft, nobody outside of the top ten announced on the show knew where they were going. In Lita's book, she wrote about how they wouldn't even give her and Matt a heads-up if they were about to be separated or not and they had to call friends and family whilst traveling from the show to find out which brand he was on. There's no reason to treat your talent that way.

Or he wants a job with the E. Honestly, despite everything he's said, if Chavo wanted back in WWE they'd probably take him in an instant. Maybe not for the main roster as a trainer or for NXT, certainly.
