if Eric Lindros had put on his big-boy pants and played for the Nordiques I doubt the Avalanche ever would've won the Stanley Cup given everything they got from Philly in exchange for him. I doubt they would've been able to snag Patrick Roy after the move, either. I do wonder if Quebec would still be around or around longer if Lindros went with them. Also before anyone says anything but if Quebec stayed in the league, they still probably wouldn't have won the cup on 1996 for I doubt Montreal would ever trade Roy to Quebec. That's like if the Oilers traded Gretzky to the Flames
