Or Wrestling Challenge for that matter. I know they were squash shows but most of the angles that took place to set up big WWE matches in the 80's happened on these shows. Several of them are on Youtube but being uploaded from old vhs tapes the quality is pretty poor.

Wasn't there an issue with the name of the show?

I bet we will see the Superstars episodes in the next year. Don't know about Wrestling Challenge. Wouldn't mind seeing All American Wrestling

This is my biggest want for the network. Give me Superstars and Challenge from like 1988-1994 and I'll be happy. I have all of 1990 Superstars but the quality sucks. Those shows, to me, were as much about the cool commentary as they were about the squash matches and angle advances.

I agree, I want the whole of Superstars and Challenge from 86-95; They maybe squash shows but you can find hidden gem segments that are quite obsure

Yes it's the name thing. Yet there's an indy here that can call itself SoW as well...go figure!

I just want them so I'd have weekly TV to build to the pre 1993 WWE ppv's.

I would also like to see WWE's syndicated shows on the Network. One of my favorite parts about late-80s and early-90s PPVs is hearing Gorilla Monsoon introduce a history package right before a big match: "Right now we're gonna take you back and show you some of the events leading up to this historic matchup!" Then they would show clips from Superstars and Wrestling Challenge. I missed out on that period of WWE, having become a fan in 1992 and not watching regularly until Raw debuted.

As I recall, the dispute over Superstars of Wrestling was with an AWA relaunch. Don't recall what happened with that. As to adding it to the Network, along with Chalenge and All-American, we have two issues. One is repetition. A lot of the same matches were on all of the shows, as well as Prime Time. Can't imagine adding all of that material is worth it as you could end up seeing one squash match three times if you watch all The programming in a given week. The second issue is big, wears yellow and red and is a rather pleasing shade of orange on occasion. Bluntly, nothing involving Hogan is getting added for a while.

If not that at least upload Primetime through the end.

I don't see how they could think there was no interest...Superstars was the main show that all the storylines played out on before RAW existed. It's about as important as RAW is

I honestly can't even remember how I kept track of storylines in the mid to late 80s as a kid. Superstars came on Saturday mornings at like 9am where I lived, it seems so strange now to imagine the flagship show air at that time of day. There were so many re-cap shows back then you didn't really know what was what, you just kinda got the jist of what was going on storyline-wise, then you had to wait a month after a PPV aired to rent the vhs tape of it to find out what happened because pretty much no one's parents ever let them buy a PPV

Second clip of brawling at a larger show and then on to the match. The storylines weren't exactly these huge convoluted plots. Earthquake attacked Hogan on the Brother Love Show, Hogan was injured and had one foot in the grave. Somehow, he came back.....It's not that hard to explain in ten seconds.
