Vince McMahon micro manages one of his pet projects to the point of dictating how he "picks opponents up, the way he stumbles around and sometimes takes bumps"? He apparently also showed Kelly Kelly (?) how to dance? What else? Demonstrated Rikishi on Gerald Brisco how to deliver a Stinkface? Used Pat Patterson to show Trish and Stephanie how their Spanking match would go? Undressed to his tighty whities to show Rick Rude how a real man is swiveling his hips?

When I hear the term 'projects' I like to imagine a science fair. Where Triple H has like a tonne of different stalls with amazing science projects doing wonderful things. He's got hamsters running mazes, potato batteries powering televisions, working tesla coils. And then Vince has got this dusty old baking soda volcano on a press table that he's slapped a '1st' prize ribbon on himself.
'See I know what these people want!' Says imaginary Vine to an equally imaginary and marginally more disappointed Triple H.

Seems I'm the only Braun Strowman fan in this board I'm a fan of the Strowman. He's clearly not as limited in the ring as a Giant Gonzales or a Great Khali, but he is a big, imposing dude who so far, has looked mostly unbeatable. You can easily create great stories with a protected character like that, if so inclined.

Seems I'm the only Braun Strowman fan in this board I am a fan but I am not impressed as weird as that sounds. There is something about him that makes me think he'll be a star but not yet.

You guys should see Braun Strauman vs Hulk Hogan in Japan. It's practically like watching Savage vs Steamboat on fast forward

With every person it seems like they're dead set on making a new spotlight dominating star, it's like they're literally shoving me out the door and asking me to never come back.

Maybe the night after Wrestlemania, Braun pulls a "Rock" and ousts Bray after he fails to defeat Brock Lesnar.
So we can have Braun as the main event leader, with Luke Harper and Erick Rowan WWE Tag Team Champions.

The tickets are sold, the subs are sold. Nothing really is going to move that meter anyway. Well, no...that's not really how it works. We still have almost two months to go, and the "Road to Wrestlemania" is when they push their biggest show in an attempt to get more subscribers. They're banking on a ton more signing up between now and WM.

So we can have Braun as the main event leader, with Luke Harper and Erick Rowan WWE Tag Team Champions. Screw that. Harper needs to be the leader while Braun and Rowan can be tag champs. Notice how Harper was the one leading the assault against Big Show and he's always been seen and called Wyatt's right-hand man. Harper is the guy who will rise up if they do it right.

They're banking on a ton more signing up between now and WM. Thats exactly how it works. Describe a "ton". The vast, vast majority of people who are going to be signed up the day of WM are already signed up today. Then there's a fragment who are going to pick it up for WM and drop it after regardless. This idea that any one guy on the roster is going to really move the meter on WM is very outdated. Wrestlemania itself is 99% of the selling point now, and going forward. How many people are going to realistically sign up just to watch Stroman put on a wrestling clinic?

Remember the last one of Vince's projects was Ryback? Now Vince probably forgets he's employed. It seems with these big guys they try to blow their load with them too quickly. This reminds me of how when Jeff Hardy was crazy hot and fans were craving for him to finally win the belt off of Triple H that the writers thought it would be a good idea to insert Vladimir Kozlov into it to get him over as a heel.

Considering Vince allegedly taught Shawn Michaels how to strip, that last one doesn't even seem that far off.

Thats exactly how it works. Nope. Between January 27, 2015 and the day after Wrestlemania, they saw a 31% subscriber increase. Thirty-One Percent. Increase. Still want to argue on this one? Because sorry, but you're wrong. Wrestlemania may be what sells tickets these days, but the crappier one looks, the less people are going to buy into it. Source

SourceThose numbers tell me that people buy Wrestlemania. Even last year with Roman getting crapped on for months, people bought Wrestlemania. So where is this dead idea that people buy it to watch anyone? The bump for WM is in the bank, regardless. So yeah, your original post is wrong.

Braun is a stupid potato man, that's my completely adult way of saying I don't like him.
Now excuse me, I have to go smash all my things & blame it on Braun

If anything is being twisted it's you quoting 10% of my post. My contention has always been that the Road to Wrestlemania means very little now. How they present Braun means very little. Because the brand is the bank. The money is already there. They either have to mess up huge or come through with an insanely strong product to move the meter significantly either way. My posts read the same way throughout. Wrestlemania is the selling point.
