Personally, I prefer Blurphy, or Dubstep Cowboys. I like their entrance anyway. Use of Dubstep, seizure inducing tron & camera work & the way Murphy slides under the turnbuckle & they both lift Alexa up is neat. Yup, I love it. Subtle little things that make it cool. I actually liked the entrance and everything when the song was faster. I was bummed out they slowed it down. I like the theme, I like the team, I think they have a weird sort of chemistry and Alexa just adds to it. I dig them. In fact I dig most of the teams in NXT that aren't Mojo/Ryder. I prefer the current theme TBH. More menacing and heelish, last one was too fast paced and pop-y. |

The two seem incredibly thrown together, an Australian and Texan with little in common other than size, at least Mechanics are throwbacks to vintage brawler wrestlers, American Ultra are put over as legitimate athletes, even Ascension when they make an occasional NXT appearance have a weird charisma with the NXT regulars. If you were to take away their seizure inducing titantron and Alex Bliss, they might as well be two enhancement guys.
They had a little momentum when they won the titles and the Lucha Dragons were main roster bound, but now since other teams have formed they are the least relevant team of them all.

They're both obnoxious and annoying as hell. One of the reasons I like them, even Dash and Dawson you can respect on some level, BAMF there's nothing likeable about them at all. |

Various topics here  1. The tron will probably be toned down, and in all likelihood they will probably get a lot of jobber entrances. 2. BAMF is bad, why not just BAM? 3. They're not gonna be stars, but they're both serviceable and Alexa can be the star. Why not treat them like Test and Albert were to Trish? She gets the stories and does the mic work, and they wrestle. |
