The Matthew Broderick as Simba thread made me wonder who was perfectly cast for their voice only role, not necessarily from something animated.

There's a reason Richard Epcar has been voicing Mortal Kombat's Raiden for like 3 games now. Guy's just perfect in the role. Gives off the vibe of cantankerous wisdom that a kung-fu god should have.
He also does a pretty decent Joker in Netherrealm's DC-related stuff too.

Mark Hamill as the Joker, obviously, but George Buza & Cathal Dodd, as the Beast & Wolverine in the first '90s X-Men series, were absolutely perfect.
Michael Ansara as Mr. Freeze, too. Zero emotion played with great nuance.

- DCAU - Pretty much everyone
- James Earl Jones as Darth Vader
- James Spader as Ultron - while character was terribly written Spader's voicework was spot on
- sean schemmel as Goku - captures both Goku's innocence and badassery perfectly

As weird as it is that so many of the Star Trek TNG actors wound up in Gargoyles, something about it just... worked. And Keith David as Goliath, obviously.

Pretty much all of Mark Hamill and Patrick Warburton's work.
On the otherside, Spader was a terrible choice for Ultron. Voice just did not match a giant killbot. Though Paul Bettany was spot on as Jarvis.
