Same issue with the first Thanos copter, regular cops arrested him If A:IW end with this I would be pleased.

If A:IW end with this I would be pleased. All we would need is for someone to say that's all folks Except it would be said as “I Am Groot” instead, but we all get what he means.

Have it suddenly and abruptly change to a Live PD episode where Thanos is arrested outside the infamous South Carolina hotel on outstanding warrants.

Just from looking at my Facebook timeline, it seems like this movie could very easily be a victim of being over-hyped and not meet whatever crazy expectations are currently being developed by the fanbase.
It's pretty easy for me cause I already think Thanos sucks, and didn't like Infinity Gauntlet anyway. So as long as the movie is at the usual MCU quality level I'll probably be happy. Though I can already picture the LOUD disappointment soon after the movie comes out.

When asked which characters have the most screen time the Russos stated that {Spoiler}Thanos and Thor will be the primary leads in the movie. No real surprise for the former, at least.

After watching the trailer about 67 times this weekend, I bit the bullet and bought tickets for me and the lady friend for opening night. The downfall, is that she gets to pick the next movie we go to before Avengers comes out.

As is, the advertising for Infinity War gives the impression that Thanos is first going to stomp Steve's team, then wipe out Tony's team (or vice versa). Because Marvel has decided to Deathly Hallows-Breaking Dawn-Mockingjay Avengers 3, namely, making it two movies, my guess is that people will be disappointed that characters like Black Panther and Wasp or Rocket Raccoon and Captain Marvel won't share the same screen until 2019, when Avengers 4 will finally feature *all* of the heroes working together to take down Thanos (per comments that Anthony Mackie has made suggesting such a scene).

Does anyone think that this movie will end with Thanos doing the classic finger snap wearing the Gauntlet like the comics and then a fade to black? Kind of like how Ultron ended with the tease of Cap shouting "Avengers...Assemble!". We know that Marvel edits things from their trailers so as to surprise you in the movie. So what if Thanos has more Infinity Stones than we're seeing by the Wakanda battle and Marvel have edited the trailer to make you think he only has the Power and Space stones?

That is a really good point. A really good recent example of this was them editing out Thor only having one eye from footage post-eye loss in Ragnarok in all the trailers that used that footage.

I mean, I don't see the Eye of Agamotto around Strange's neck in the scene where he's being tortured, or the ending stinger with Spidey. Possible they get the Time Stone from him there?

Same issue with the first Thanos copter, regular cops arrested him If A:IW end with this I would be pleased. *Dragnet theme plays* Nick Fury: Thanos was charged with and found guilty of 20 counts of Planetary Genocide, Reality Warping without a license or permit given by the Living Tribunal, Grand Theft Cosmic Artifact, Trespassing and 15 VERY Outstanding Parking Tickets, ranging from Titan, Los Angeles, Latveria, The Shi-Ar Empire and Canada. The bastard was sentenced to Life+15 with No chance of Parole

My guess is that Captain Marvel will at least be showing up in the form of a mid/post-credits stinger teasing her movie (the next one after Ant-Man & Wasp). Her appearance might be the "glimmer of hope" moment after the main movie itself kinda ends with Thanos triumphant.

I am guessing an after credits scene if not the very final shot of the movie will be some minor character being sent back in time to warn the avengers post first avengers movie..or atleast warn fury who would then get captain marvel and that is how she pops up.
I mean it throws a whole lot of previous continuity out the window...but can set the stage for explaining how mutants now exsist when the x-men pop up etc.

It should end on the Snappening, then instantly go to the credits, no stingers. Nothing. No postcredits scenes, no midcredits scenes, no bombastic graphics - just cold, stark black and white as Thanos lifts his hand and casually obliterates half the gameboard. Leave that ominous crack in the crowd's ears the rest of the night. Torture moviegoers for a year. Maximize the hype for the Grandaddy of Them All in Avengers 4. I don't think they have the balls to do this, but I'd be so glad to be proven wrong.

Oh, and it’s been floating around online today, and should probably be taken with a pile of salt, but...
There is an image of a Funko floating around, with the Infinity War logo on the box, that is likely a fake, but Funko has spoiled things before, so since spoiler tags don’t work right now, if you want to know what it is, only read every third letter of this: qwcerotyuasldfserowqn azgsxhdcofvsgbt edrolitgdcvebnr
