Yikes. The Lone Ranger is the 6th most expensive movie ever made and John Carter is the 7th most expensive movie?

I don't care what they say...we're not getting a throw down with Thanos until Avengers 4. Thanos will spend the entire first movie finishing his pretty little stone collection. That will include either him or one of his generals ripping the stone out of Vision's head. As far as the Guardians go...I haven't decided whether Tony mistakes them for his invading alien force or they save the Avengers' bacon at the end of IW. Either way, I don't see the Avengers being a cohesive unit again until it comes time to Assemble and kick some giant purple ass. I also predict we see Coulson's return to the movie universe. Fury lets his one big secret out before the big fight and he reveals that not only is he alive but he put him in charge of putting together a force to keep Thanos' forces busy while the Avengers/Guardians take on the big man. Cue scenes of his Shield team, the Defenders, Deathlok, Punisher and Ghost Rider fighting in the streets to make fans of the shows happy. They don't need to be a huge part of the story. Just throw their fans a bone to show the tv side matters. I could see a few scuffles with Thanos in Infinity War. I imagine we'll see maybe Tony, Thor, Hulk, and maybe even Doctor Strange attempt to take him down.

I could see the TV/Netflix characters appearing in cameos, ie, when some of the effects of Thanos start hitting Earth, we see quick reaction shots of SHIELD, Daredevil, Cage, Jessica, Punisher, Iron Fist, but thats it (kind of like how the cameos were handled in the 90s X-Men cartoon). They didn't have to pay additional actors in the cartoon.

Instead of the Cartoons where they can draw whatever they want unless one of them speaks.

Question is if that's only one movie or 3-4 combined but either way, they'll fall as the top two most expensive movies of all time. (Pirates 4 is tops with $410.6M and Avengers 2 us second with $330.6M). Trust me...if they want any actors outside of the main movie guys involved, they aren't sweating the money.

Assuming they can get past the in-house politics to let the TV characters appear, no way are any of the TV actors getting paid enough to make the suits think twice about it.

I'm wondering how much of that money goes to RDJ. As for the TV stuff, dollar to a donut they just pay out the clauses since Ike will not let them play in the reindeer games anymore.

Hmm. We've now seen set images/videos of Downey, Pratt, Cumberbatch, Ruffalo, Holland, Olsen, Bautista, Saldana, and Bettany. Jeremy Renner is now in Atlanta for his second round of filming, and no one seems to know the case with Evans, Mackie, Johansson, Rudd, Boseman, Stan, or Hemsworth other than they're for sure in it. I'm very curious how they'll reintegrate team Cap after they went on the run.

So uh... Tony seems to have the arc reactor in his chest in those pictures.
A triangular one of them. But still... he's in the t-shirt with the electric bit in his chest.

I mean it's a different one than what he originally had which was Round... but maybe he's just wearing some kinda easy on Iron Man outfit or something...

Allegedly, every MCU hero is in the film, but that likely excludes the Agents of SHIELD and the Defenders.

Some supporting characters for Thanos have been revealed. It's been rumoured for ages and there were some set pics that basically shows it, but it's awesome to se Hickman's Avengers run acknowledged in the movies.
