Alright, let's break this down.
Tesseract: Space Stone, we know he gets it from Loki H: Soul Stone, unknown Aether: Reality Stone, The Collector still has it Necklace: Time Stone, he encounters Dr. Strange Orb: Power Stone, we're assuming he destroyed Nova Corps off camera Scepter: Mind Stone, we see it removed from Vision's head
Yeah, we're definitely not seeing the full Infinite Gauntlet until part 2.

I wonder if we'll have someone change up the last scene of the trailer of Thor meeting the Guardians to replace the latter with either the Defenders or the Agents of SHIELD Big Hero 6.

I REALLY need to catch up on my Marvel movies. This looks excellent.
That last scene in the trailer, though.

One thing about Loki in the trailer. As we know in Ragnarok he and Thor made peace and fought side by side. Here we see Loki offering the Tesseract to what I can only assume is Thanos, but did Loki betray Thor again and hand it over to save his own ass? Or did he hand it over to save the Asgardians that we’re traveling with them? I don't see them killing all Loki's character development like that and from what I gathered from what we see of him he definitely looks like handing it over is the absolute last thing he wants to do. Add to that, either Loki or Thanos is literally stepping over bodies, almost certainly Asgardian bodies. This is definitely not one of Loki's old tricks. Since the Russo brothers directed this movie too, I wonder which Community star will get a cameo. I find it funny that one of the first guesses in this thread as far as a Community cameo was Donald Glover, then he went and got cast as Aaron Davis/Prowler in Homecoming. Count me as a second vote for Alison Brie.

I feel like the soul stone is in Wakanda and we find that out in Black Panther. Looks like Wakanda is ground zero for some big ass shit.

Here's a question...I know that it's pretty widely accepted theory that Loki was being controlled by the secpter (and Thanos) for all or at least part of The Avengers has that ever actually been confirmed?

The opposite, I think. There's literally a scene in Avengers where The Other tells Loki they gave him the sceptre and the Chitauri army to conquer Earth and if he doesn't then his life isn't worth shit. Loki clearly struck a bargain there and found himself in over his head. Probably explains why he's not exactly thrilled to (presumably) see Thanos in the trailer.

Could've sworn I read somewhere that John C. Reilly was approached for a cameo in GotG2. If true, I wonder if the plan was to film the scene where Thanos destroys Nova Corps and gets the Power Stone

I know its not going to happen but I'd still flip if while everything's going to hell in New York we got at least a glimpse of The Defenders and Punisher fighting Thanos' forces.

I'm a bit annoyed that they didn't show any Hawkeye in the trailer at all, not even when they first mention the avengers and I guess I will just have to hope he gets something in the movie or a big part in Avengers 4 since they really haven't given him much to do and push him to the side a lot.

What I heard is they don't want to give away that he's Ronin now and not Hawkeye. It must be something super spoilerly for them to not show him...or Ant-Man for that matter.

Based on the SDCC/D23 footage and the new trailer, anyone thinks that Thanos kills (or at least critically injures) Spider-Man? If the Russos have the balls to kill Spidey...like I know they'll just resurrect him with the gauntlet in the fourth one but still...that would pack a hell of an emotional punch especially for Tony since he has an almost Father/Son type relationship with him. I've watched the trailer 5 or 6 times today and the more I watch it, the more I have the same feeling. It would be an absolute gut punch for the audience, with Spidey being the one that has all the promise, all the potential, and then it's just....gone. Similar to the Death of Spider-Man story they did in the Ultimate comics title. When you consider that Spidey is the one that Thanos throws the punch at, and the shot of Tony on the ground with his hands over his mouth... yeah, I could see it.

As per the Russos: So yeah, as evidenced by the trailer the first stone he acquires is the Power Stone, which renders him pretty much invulnerable. What does he need armour for after that? If you're going to destroy half the universe and take over the rest, you have to look somewhat stylish when doing so.

Man I am so hyped! Just whatever you do - don’t kill Rocket!! Honestly the only one I'm really actively rooting for the survival of is Drax, mostly because he's easily the one I could see being most likely to die. He’s the one I have money on being a definite kill. Not so much because of Thanos killing his family, but due to him taking his daughter and training her as one of his children like he did Gamora, Nebula and the rest. I still think we discover that Proxima Midnight is Drax’s daughter and that revelation ends up with him picking a fight he can’t win...but his death ends up making Proxima joining her “sisters’” cause and helping destroy Thanos.

Starting to wonder if Black Panther is going to be more of a bridge than a standalone film. Similar to Iron Man 2

Starting to wonder if Black Panther is going to be more of a bridge than a standalone film. Similar to Iron Man 2 Well, Feige did say Black Panther "links directly" to Infinity War, but I don't expect for it to be as much an Iron Man 2 situation as a Captain America: Winter Soldier situation; the post-credits scene in Winter Solider was just short of a prologue to Age of Ultron, establishing the Maximoff twins, the location of the scepter. I feel like the vast majority of BP will be standalone, but it could be a sort of bridge by proxy in establishing the location of the final Infinity Stone.

Considering Spider-Man has a sequel coming out and that it takes place immediately after Infinity War we know he's not dying.

Considering everyone who died in the Infinity Gauntlet series is brought back to life, I wouldn't worry about Peter.
