In recent years, it was Jake Roberts' surprise return on Old School Raw. I marked pretty hard for this, myself ... Happy Unconscious Dean

After such a long journey...I screamed, I jumped up and down, got incredibly emotional. As for ones I was there live for, it ties into the above. I've posted about it a lot (maybe too much ) but Christian brought me in the ring at a house show and had me pose with his ECW title. It was basically my peak moment as a wrestling fan, so it made him finally winning the world title (which many swore would never happen) so much better. That's one of my favorite moments as well. Especially when the camera cuts to Edge on the outside, and he's just got genuine tears pouring down his face.

-Santino emerging from the crowd to beat Umaga for the IC Title -AJ Styles' debut at the Rumble -Christian winning the ECW and World Championship -Attending RAW with my wife and the first person to come out was Hacksaw -JBL tossing the garbage can to Hornswoggle at WrestleMania -Eddie Guerrero winning the belt...such a huge moment for me and my parents (who grew up watching his brothers and father wrestle in Mexico)

Punk beating Cena at MITB. Just the biggest moment for me as a wrestling fan due to the shock of it all. I'll never forget where I was when I witnessed that.

Foley winning the title
Benoit winning the title , I was at the event and still get goosebumps thinking about . Chris was my favorite wrestler of all time
Daniel Bryan winning the title at WM 30
the first ecw one night stand - the entire ppv was a markout moment for me
Taker V HBK at wm 25, I had hoped for many years these 2 would have 1 last match before either retired
The one that tops the list for me is HBK coming out of retirement

Mankind wining the belt. I was a HUGE Foley mark back then, so I was happy as hell to see him win the belt. It was great because I was watching Nitro when they pulled the "Mick will win there belt tonight". Needless to say, I flipped the channel like everyone else to see it.

Raven debuting at a PPV during the Tazz/Lawler feud. I was watching it at a friend's house and actually had to go outside on the deck to collect myself.

Briefly becoming the manager of American Alpha is my personal favourite moment. WM30 was great. Personally though I popped bigger for Bryan beating Triple H. To me that was the main story, Bryan beat the Authority. The main event capped it all off of course but him taking out Triple H was the highlight for me. I watched it in a pub in Manchester with many like minded idiots. I started recording when I sensed the end of the Triple threat was coming... keep in mind this is nearly 4am haha youtu.be/WBHndypi800Punk at MitB 2011 and one I was there live for is.. Kurt Angle, Bully Ray and Robert Roode vs James Storm, Sting and Hulk Hogan Sure it was 2012 so it wasn't a classic but it's my first and only time seeing Sting and Hogan in person. The reaction for Hogan was absolutely incredible. Any time I've been there for a Regal appearance in Manchester is wonderful. Got to see him win the tag titles with Eugene and you'd think England had won the World Cup with the reaction. Oh and how could I forget, the Brothers of Destruction return in Manchester last November. Got to be the loudest I've ever heard the Manchester arena and I've been going there for 14 years. We all instantly turned into 8 year old versions of ourselves when that happened.

I'm going to post the ones I was there for. While most of what was said is something I agree on.
Raw 1000, to be at a historic event was awesome. It never gets old to be live for an Undertaker entrance and for me I saw him more then anybody in person over the years. The ending post Raw with the Rock. Being the Rock was a rare thing but having him beat up Big Show and doing the post Raw fun stuff was a treat. Seeing D-X doing it's thing even if HBK seems to been sick with his voice sounding like it was going. While it wasn't the greatest Royal Rumble to be AT a Royal rumbler in person was awesome. Sure it was the 2012 won by Seamus but Fun times.

Bryan, Mania XXX. Before that I had lots of good-great moments I would considered for that but having watched the guy for over a decade at that point and raved about him for equally as long it was amazing to finally see him on top of the wrestling world. Sure everything that followed sucked but man for that one moment it was the most joyful moment I'd ever seen watching wrestling. I've got loads of amazingly cool moments but that is certainly the one that epitomises joyful to me.

In terms of kayfabe and story, Austin's return at Backlash 2000, kicking ass, beating up the McMahon-Hemsley regime, and giving Rock the victory. Perfect execution of a great babyface moment.
In a real life sense, watching Miz cash in and win the WWF title. As someone who was a fan since shortly after his debut, whom saw the mockery he got for his Diva search goofs, recalled the talk of how he would be the Jannetty of his team with Morrison, remembered the predictions that he would be the first to lose his cash in, who even suspected at one time the highest Miz would ever get to was as a Honky Tonk Man esque mid-card champion, watching him get the top and prove everybody wrong was amazing. However his reign ended, his match at Mania, or his career afterwards, I still value the emotions of that night. The moment when that obnoxious dork from the Real World, the guy who came in second in Tough Enough, the joke who wouldn't last in the business, won the richest prize in the game.

No matter what, it'll always be this. Personally, for actually being there, it was Austin returning at No Way Out to beat the ever loving dogsnot out of Bischoff. The pop that came up when the glass broke is something I will never forget. Also wanted to throw out Punk winning the title from Cena at MITB and "leaving" the company as champion. It was the last time I actually believed the old adage that absolutely anything could happen in the WWE.
