Apollo throwing his hands up to hype the crowd and the crowd in the background just sitting there is... both sad and funny

That match had as much crowd investment as Rob Conway's birthday party.

Takeover Brooklyn they seemed pretty over. Even in their tag title matches with the Lucha Dragons. Were they over, or was Blue Pants over? They got a pretty big ovation before Blue Pants was introduced there.

I missed the Vaudevilain entrance. Is it still the same as it was in NXT? They have the heel theme, but otherwise it's the same thing.

Vaudevillains need time on the mic to get shit going. They've gotten their legs cut from underneath. They're not the best but they need to establish their gimmick. It's a shame too because they're real good workers. Just don't see this gimmick lasting. It's just not a TV-friendly gimmick. People want snarky nerds, badasses, and revolutionaries. The Villains just don't have that geek or fighter authenticity. I think people understand that they're good at what they do. They just don't vibe with what the Villains do. I suck at the rap metaphors, but I'm gonna try. And it's going to be 15-20 years dated. Bear with me. The Villains are Digital Underground when the crowd wants Wu-Tang.

... What? Their finisher is also garbage. Everything about these two fxxxing sucks. I did like their previous finisher better.

Enzo and Cass have been booked as more competent in ring than they were in NXT. It's weird. Fandango has been booked as more competent than they were in NXT. And to be fair, Enzo was always dynamite on the stick but he's come a long way in-ring. They could only cover that up so far until he started to improve.

Kind of a problem of NXT being so exposed right now. People can get tired of acts before they even show up on the main show. That's the problem of "acts" in general. You aren't gonna get tired of Owens or Zayn or anyone who's just being themselves. They're real dynamic people. Some of these NXT gimmicks are have less depth than characters in a newspaper comic strip. I agree. It also doesn't help when guys debut on the main roster and they just expect everyone in the world to have followed their growth into those characters on NXT. Here's Emma. She dances. Why? Well you should know. That's all I'm telling you. It's like hearing the punchline to a joke but never the set up.

Well if Karl uses the Gourdbuster, DDT or the Spinebuster, we'll know for sure. Ole fought Dusty, Arn fought Dustin. Karl fights Cody?

So, Amore and Cassady vs. The Vaudevillains in the finals? It's the NXT accession.

But I kinda like the Vaudevillains, too. Never mind.
