Punker's hair game is f***ed up in that pic, lmao.
Nice to see this is still running smoothly. Might just be me but man, that Cena promo read super heelish. Really interested in what his Mania program is gonna look like.

Monday Night Raw: January 12th, 2015 – Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana
Following the WWE signature and the weekly intro video, highlights from the contract signing last Monday were shown. After Randy Orton and John Cena took out Brock Lesnar, Seth Rollins attempted to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase but Dena Ambrose stopped him. Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and John “Bradshaw” Layfield introduce the show and remind viewers that we are less than two weeks away from the Royal Rumble! “Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman.” Paul Heyman stood in the center of the ring with a dejected look. He said that last Monday night was a complete joke. “My client is not afraid to admit that it took two men of John Cena and Randy Orton’s caliber to take him down. My client is not afraid to remind you all that he got up from their best shots. The one thing that my client does have an issue with is Seth Rollins.” The crowd popped before Heyman continued by saying calling Seth a coward. “Brock Lesnar is many things. He’s a beast, a conqueror, an animal and let’s be honest, he’s not a nice man. But one thing he is not is a coward. When Brock Lesnar won the WWE World Heavyweight Title, he went through both John Cena and Daniel Bryan. When he became the 1 in 21-1, he beat the Undertaker in an actual match. He didn’t try to take advantage of someone when he was down.” Heyman continued until cut off by the theme music of Seth Rollins. He got right up in Heyman’s face and told him to watch his mouth. “I see that you’re all alone tonight and there’s no one to protect you. Where is your ‘beast’ anyway? Is he hiding at home so the bad man with the Money in the Bank briefcase doesn’t take his title? You can call me a coward all you want but remember that I was the architect of the Shield. I had the brains and I still do. Brock Lesnar is an absolute beast and while I’m not saying I couldn’t beat him in a fair fight, I’m going to take every opportunity that I can to make things as easy as possible.” Heyman smiled and responded, “What makes you think my client isn’t here tonight?”
Seth’s face fell when the music of the WWE World Heavyweight Champion hit. Brock Lesnar walked to the ring with a purpose, taking off his title and dropping it to the ground before entering the ring. Seth backed up and stepped out onto the apron. Suddenly, Randy Orton ran out from the back and attacked Brock from behind. Seth jumped in this time and they put the boots to the champion. Brock shrugged them off and sent Orton over the top. Seth looked like he saw a ghost and attempted to run. Brock caught him and went for a German suplex but Seth landed on his feet and slid out of the ring. He hightailed it through the crowd. Randy watched him go but didn’t follow. He turned to Brock in the ring and hopped on the apron. Security and officials rushed to the ring and stood in between Randy and Brock. Just when things seemed to calm down, John Cena’s theme hit and the crowd erupted. Cena walked with a purpose and removed his shirt before sliding in the ring and jumping over security to level Brock with right hands. Orton slithered back in the ring to join the fray. Paul Heyman shouted for Brock to leave the ring but the champion dished out even more than he took. The three men were finally separated after more security showed up.
Returning, Hulk Hogan was shown with security. He said that Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman left the building and helped security eject Randy Orton and John Cena to protect the WWE Title match at the Royal Rumble.
CESARO W/ NATALYA AND TYSON KIDD DEF. ADRIAN NEVILLE IN 10:39; In a Royal Rumble preview, Cesaro and Adrian Neville had one of the better matches on Raw this year. They knew each other so well and had counters for everything. Neville’s high risk style cost him when Cesaro leveled him with an insane uppercut. The Neutralizer followed for the 1-2-3. Tyson Kidd slid in the ring as the duo wasn’t done with Neville. Before they could do any real damage, Dolph Ziggler ran down to the ring. He ducked a right hand from Cesaro and clocked him with a superkick. Kidd got out of dodge and left up the ramp with Natalya and Cesaro while Dolph checked on Neville.
Backstage, Cody Rhodes was shown in Stephanie McMahon’s office. She mentioned some recent tweets by Cody that spoke about her in negative fashion. “I know that you love your father and you’re all about family but how dare you tweet that I don’t care about my family? Don’t you know who I am? I am a McMahon and you do not disrespect me.” Stephanie informed Cody that as a punishment, he’d have to face Kane tonight. Cody didn’t mind and before leaving he said, “I meant every word.” Standing by, Renee Young interviewed Ryback. She asked him about his recent issues with Alexander Rusev. Ryback responded by saying that it is about two things. “One, I want the United States Title. The Big Guy is a proud American and it’s a championship I’ve wanted for a long time. Two, Rusev’s a bully. I don’t like bullies. And the only way to stop a bully is to stand up to them and punch them in the mouth.” Returning from break, a video was shown from the WWE’s new Snapchat account of Dean Ambrose spending the day in New Orleans. Here, we saw him dancing with locals on Bourbon Street. THE ASCENSION DEF. ADAM ROSE AND SANTINO MARELLA IN 1:12; For the first time, the Ascension were pitted against actual members of the roster. It didn’t change a thing. Adam Rose didn’t even get tagged in because Konnor and Viktor ran through Santino Marella. They defeated him with the Fall of Man to continue their streak.
A seemingly random video aired of various WWE Superstars doing impersonations of Macho Man Randy Savage. Roman Reigns did a particularly good one, while Tyson Kidd said his best (FACT), and Big Show’s was great despite spending time with the man during his time with WCW. Michael Cole revealed that there will be a special announcement made later tonight.
Daniel Bryan’s theme played as the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Yes’ed his way to the ring. The New Orleans crowd roared for the man who had his crowning moment in front of them last April. Footage of his emotional WrestleMania XXX victory was shown. Bryan spoke from the heart, telling the fans that though he’s from Washington, New Orleans holds a special place in his heart. “It might as well be a second home to me. It was one thing to win the biggest matches of my career in this city but then to come out here the following night and have ‘you deserve it’ chanted at me by thousands is something I’ll never forget.” Bryan said it was special because the next few weeks were rough for him due to the passing of his father and Connor “The Crusher”. Bryan was then cut off by the music of Sheamus. The “Celtic Warrior” told Bryan that nobody cared about his accomplishments or this city. Sheamus said that he came out here for a fight and challenged Bryan to an over the top rope challenge so he could show the world what will happen at the Royal Rumble. OVER THE TOP ROPE CHALLENGE – DANIEL BRYAN DEF. SHEAMUS IN 4:30; Sheamus instantly attempted to send Daniel Bryan over the top, but Bryan was as resilient as ever. He survived several attempts before springboarding in with a dropkick. Sheamus still overpowered him but when he went for the Brogue Kick, Bryan ducked and Sheamus went over the top and out. Sheamus was in disbelief while Bryan celebrated with the crowd.
The Miz and Summer Rae were shown in front of a TV screen. The screen had the Golden Globes logo on it and Miz said he was going to give his thoughts on the show. “First of all, I have to say that it is an outrage that Eddie Redmayne took home the Best Actor Award for his role as Stephen Hawking. Do you know who would have portrayed a better Stephen Hawking?” Summer pulled a paper out of her envelope and said “And the answer to that question is…The Miz!” Miz thanked her and continued to run down award winners from the show last night. “Everyone knows that the award for Best Actor in a Drama should have gone to me and no, I didn’t forget, the best Supporting Actress in a Drama should have been Summer for our stellar work in the Marine 4. But regardless of how these award shows go, there is one performance left. My greatest role yet. In two weeks, I take on the role of Royal Rumble winner.” PAIGE DEF. ALICIA FOX IN 2:12; AJ Lee joined commentary for this match, which did distract Paige at the start. Once she focused up though, Paige went on a tear and made Alicia tap out to the PTO. Paige stared a hole through AJ Lee when Emma ran in behind her and threw her shoulder first into the ring post. AJ Lee rushed in but Emma escaped the ring. WWE’s Snapchat account showed viewers more of Dean Ambrose out and about in New Orleans. This time around, Dean apparently led a tour around the French Quarter, while giving out false information. Renee Young interviewed CM Punk backstage. She asked him about facing Mr. Money in the Bank tonight. Punk said that it won’t be the first time he’s had to wrestle Seth but it is different now. “This isn’t the same Seth Rollins that was part of the Shield and this isn’t the same Seth Rollins that wrestled on the indies. This is a more cunning Seth. He turned his back on his friends, his brothers, and someone willing to do that is a very dangerous man.”
For the second time this evening, several Superstars were shown doing Macho Man impressions. Both The Miz and Damien Sandow were the highlights this time around. CHRIS JERICHO DEF. DARREN YOUNG W/ TITUS O’NEIL IN 3:33; Looking to bounce back after losing to Cody Rhodes last Monday, Chris Jericho faced one half of the Prime Time Players. Darren Young got some near falls on flash pins early, trying to surprise Jericho. Jericho scored with the Codebreaker to earn the win. After the break, the WWE United States Champion Alexander Rusev and Lana were interviewed by Renee Young. Lana stated that Rusev heard what Ryback said earlier tonight and didn’t take too kindly to it. Rusev angrily interrupted, “That big stupid idiot isn’t going to punch anyone in the mouth. He wants to do it so badly? I dare him to try. Ryback, meet me in the ring next week and you will be CRUSHED!” Another Snapchat video of Dean Ambrose in New Orleans was shown. This one showed Dean Ambrose with a crowd of people partying. They all chant something so Dean pulls his shirt up, flashing his chest. A bunch of beads get thrown his way for it.
SETH ROLLINS DEF. CM PUNK IN 15:51; Two of the best the WWE has to offer went at it in a highly competitive match. Michael Cole noted that both Seth Rollins and CM Punk are considered heavy favorites to win the Royal Rumble this month. Punk hoisted Seth up for the Go to Sleep but Seth elbowed out and hit a Pele kick. Seth looked for the Curb Stomp only for Punk to avoid it and tried a kick to the head. Seth dodged it and bumped into the referee. With the referee blinded, Seth kicked Punk in the groin and hit the Curb Stomp for the 1-2-3.Seth Rollins’ celebration was cut short by the theme of Dean Ambrose. Ambrose ran to the ring with beaded necklaces around his neck and started trading blows with Seth. Their fight spilled over the guardrail and into the crowd. Seth slipped free and scurried to the back, where Dean continued to give chase. A frustrated CM Punk sat up and unwrapped his taped fists before tossing them aside.
Michael Cole informed the viewers that the reason we’ve been seeing Macho Man impersonations tonight is because the Macho Man Randy Savage is officially going into the Hall of Fame, headlining the 2015 class. A lengthy video package aired of Savage’s career highlights.
NIKKI BELLA DEF. NATALYA IN 3:19; While this match took place, commentary reminded fans that Brie Bella is still recovering from the injury that she suffered at the hands of WWE Women’s Champion Emma. Nikki bested her Total Divas cast mate with a brutal forearm shot. “Nikki Bella may have lost to Emma on Smackdown this past Friday but she showed a mean streak tonight that we haven’t seen before,” said Michael Cole. A vignette aired of Roman Reigns highlights. We see him eliminate a record twelve Superstars in last year’s Royal Rumble. Reigns returns at the Royal Rumble and has promised to break his own record! CODY RHODES DEF. KANE IN 5:52; As punishment for his social media words about Stephanie McMahon, Cody Rhodes stepped into the ring with Kane. Kane held control for most of the match, wearing down Cody. Cody came back with some springboard offense and continued his stellar run from the tail end of 2014. Cody hit a gorgeous moonsault and the Cross Rhodes to win. With Chris Jericho in his rearview mirror, one has to think Cody is another favorite to win the Royal Rumble. A New Day vignette was shown next. Xavier Woods, Big E and now Kofi Kingston were all on the stage, dancing and gyrating their hips. Woods reiterated that the power of positivity was going to take over the WWE sooner than we all think. A NEW DAY COMES NEXT WEEK!
“King of Kings” played as Triple H made his way down to the ring to address the WWE Universe. He spoke about the company first, saying that with him out of the hospital, things are going to be run correctly. “There are going to be some changes around here. I’m sick and tired of this place running in circles with the same old, same old going on.” Triple H promised a huge 2015 and said that some people are skeptics but he has the backing of some very important people. “No Chance in Hell” hit and both Shane and Vince McMahon walked out to join Triple H in the ring. Vince got a microphone and admitted to be a stubborn man. “I’ve run the most successful empire this industry has ever seen. Where everyone failed, I succeeded and because of that, I’m not good at taking advice. But when the Wyatt Family attacked me, for the first time in my life, I felt mortal. I realized that I’m not always going to be around and I’m not always going to be the best person to run this place. My son Shane loves competing in front of all of you but admittedly, he doesn’t want to be in charge. I could think of nobody better to take over than my son-in-law Triple H.” The crowd cheered as Triple H spoke again, saying that he just wanted to assure the fans that things were in good hands. “With that out of the way, it’s time to move to more pressing matters. They haven’t been around since I returned, but I want the Wyatt Family out here right now.” After some moments of silence, the Wyatt signature hit. When the lights came on, Bray Wyatt was sitting in his rocking chair atop the stage, flanked by Erick Rowan and Luke Harper. Bray had a microphone and spoke to Triple H, saying that they’ve been away biding their time. “Did you really think that your presence would change anything? Just because you took the contracts from us doesn’t change the fact that we still crave power. We’re still here to take over.” Bray continued and said that this has been building since October but it’s time to try and end it. “I see three of us up here and three of you down there. Face us McMahons. Face us at the Royal Rumble and you’ll understand why we should have the power around here.” Triple H declined, saying that Vince McMahon is nearly 70 years old and not in any condition to compete. Vince snatched the microphone from him to a pop. “You listen here Triple H. I can admit to being stubborn and admit that right now, you’re better suited to run the WWE but you will not act like I’m some kind of invalid. Yea, when I was attacked in October I felt mortal but that doesn’t mean that I’m a coward.” Vince turned to the Wyatts atop the stage and shouted that they accept the challenge. Bray laughed while Triple H and Shane tried to talk sense into Vince. The Wyatt signature struck again and they were gone, leaving the McMahon trio alone to continue to discuss this matter.

Jeez, talk about creative licence... Matt Riddle hadn't even made his pro wrestling debut at this point, and now he's going into a cruiserweight tournament.
