after that felicity jones episode, this one was much needed. i thought most the skits were pretty solid. felicity jones was just....awful

I am eagerly awaiting another Ben Affleck and Jon Hamm episode. Those guys bring the funny, and have no problems taking the piss out of themselves. Baldwin, Goodman, Walken, and Hanks could be SNL's Mt. Rushmore though. Hanks is always amazing. He nailed Black Jeopardy. |

I grew up on early to mid 90s SNL, I really gave up on it after that cast left and they stuck Will Farrell in everything. (I get while people like him, but I really only like him in Elf) outside of the random digital short (SLOTHS!!!) I only started to get back into it around 2007 or so, but just as I was really getting into that cast all of them left, some to much better and bigger things (30 Rock, Parks & Rec, Late Night, etc.) so I tuned it off for a couple more years. Maybe it would be backround noise, then Tom Hanks hosted this year, he is my favorite actor (I've seriously seen all his movies) so I tuned in and saw David S. Pumpkins and now I'm back. Some shows are a little spotty, i very much enjoy finding recent skits on YouTube, I very much enjoy Space Pants, Pizza Party, Do it in my Twinbed. I like my SNL wacky. While I currently enjoy most of the ladies on the show at the moment, especially Strong, Kate (she's clearly the new alpha after Wigg left, but some shows she really doesn't need to in every skit), and I am in the camp that enjoys Leslie Jones. Truth be told I couldn't tell you the names of any of the guys on the show but Keenan.

Aziz was an excellent host. Hope to see him on more often.
Hell, let's do a mini Parks and Rec reunion on SNL. If Chris Pratt hosts again, bring in Amy Poehler, Aziz Ansari, Rashida Jones, Paul Schneider, and Nick Offerman.
