Anybody else half-expect a heel turn from Ciampa after their loss?

Anybody else half-expect a heel turn from Ciampa after their loss? I was completely dreading it. I think it's inevitable and think that it has all time great NXT feud written all over it but timing is everything and I hope they don't rush into it. Really great show. If WWE has to continue spinning their wheels in order for NXT to keep thriving like this I hope it last like this forever. I don't have much time to gush but shows like this really make a strong argument for pro wrestling as an art form. The Revival's NXT Takeover matches are out of this world and I hope they continue to have a long career of performances like that. My few nitpicks are that I wish they would stop doing curtain call endings with the NXT girls, the Horsewomen earned their stamp in history but I'm not a fan of them breaking character every time they come together on NXT to hug it out. I'm alright with Sasha/Becky/Bayley being friends because they've been through wars together and are faces now, but Bayley hugging Charlotte at this time makes no sense, just like Bayley hugging Sasha at the end of their matches all the time made no sense during their feud back then. Not a fan of that. And Shinsuke didnt really sell the leg at all when that seemed to be a key part of the match, the match was still great but it really distracted me, all the damage done to the leg and you never really saw any payoff.

I agree about The Revival. Their matches are treats to watch and they do everything to perfection, whether it be breaking a pin attempt or just being great heels in general. Yeah, I kinda agree about the curtain calls. But they do make sense in both Brooklyn events. Last years was Banks last match in Nxt and this years could be Bayleys. Any other time, there's no reason for it. As for Shinsuke's selling, I noticed that during his match with Aries at the last Takeover. In the grand scheme of things, it's not too bad, but it is distracting.

I wish they had gotten that one woman to play his theme Lindsey Stirling? I'd be deader then I already am. I was actually referring to this chick, Kay Suzuki(couldn't remember her name)

As a non NXT watcher who viewed this tonight as part of a NXT/UFC party...
Aries/No Way Jose was far more entertaining than I expected given that I thought Jose would be far worse as a performer.
I loved Bobby Roode's "Glorious" entrance, but unless they keep it for only big shows it will lose it's appeal fast.
The announcers talking about how Bayley had no chance to win left me figuring she was going to win. Then the Network on the PS3 crapped out and we missed the finish.
The tag match that everyone is raving about online bored most of us in the room. The four guys all looked super generic and we were sort of just begging for it to end.
I only glanced at Joe/Nakamura once the UFC started. I sort of have a phobia of watching NXT since I figure Vince will shit on everyone once they get to RAW anyway.

Anybody else half-expect a heel turn from Ciampa after their loss? I'm torn. On one hand, I think Ciampa and Gargano are more useful to the NXT brand as singles stars than as a team. But on the other hand, I'm not really into the Revival and wish they would drop the belts already.

What a great show. I just finished watching and it was entertaining from start to finish. Outside of the Revival retaining, I dug all the match results. I took great joy in watching the crowd crap on No Way Jose and Andrade whatever the rest of his name is. They both just piss me off with their presence in the same way Adam Rose and Mojo Rawley pissed me off in the past.
Also, finally a Baron Corbin-free Takeover. What an upswing in quality that made.

I forgot to mention last night...
While the main event hype video played, I saw, out of the corner of my eye, someone holding an animal next to me in the aisle. I looked to see who would possibly be holding an animal in an arena of almost 16,000 people. I don't know why I expected anyone else. It was Teddy Hart and his cat.

Out of everything to happen in 2016, I think this is the most surreal thing I've seen all year.

Every time I see this I keep wondering, at first, how a cat fit into a plastic cup. Perception is weird sometimes.

Giving some love to Joe for talking shit directly to the camera during his entrance. That is one of my all time favorite things and it's so rare these days.

I enjoyed the post match with Big Sis Auska.
It was like: "You DIDN'T die! And you gave me a fight!! Good stuff."

Anybody else half-expect a heel turn from Ciampa after their loss? I think a lot of folks were, myself included. When they were walking up the ramp, I was expecting a Kevin Owens-like heel turn there but thankfully it didn't happen.
