This is the second time this year he's sold stock. I had to check, but in May he sold 2.19 million shares. He still owns over 35 million shares. 35,533,375 exactly. So at today's closing price, Vince still has over $745 million in stock.

Honestly, if we don't get a news item saying something like this in the next few days, I'll be disappointed. That, or he's bought a few franchises in a Burrito restaurant, but he's renaming all the burritos to "Steak wraps" with various things.

I'm not terribly knowledgeable on how stocks work, but last I heard, he owned 52% of the stock (which appears to be backed up on the company's Wikipedia page). If he sold 2%, doesn't that mean he no longer has full say, since he's dipped beneath the 51% needed to keep that position?

Of the voting shares he would still have the most by far, it would take several of the others with voting shares to over rule him.

WWE is divided into A stock and B stock, A is the voting shares and B is what is traded. I think what Vince sold becomes B stock. Of the A stock, there are a limited number of people that hold those shares so it would take 4 or 5 of them to come close to out voting him.
