Ibushi's winning this regardless of if he signs or not. He's just the most believeable, plus HHH is clearly more interested in fostering the relationship with New Japan than anything. Would love to see Cedric vs Swann though at some point; that'd be magic "We put on this tournament to give a massive rub to someone who isn't even one of ours" runs counter to everything about how you book a wrestling show, and Triple H is a traditionalist in a lot of respects. I can't see him giving this massive, hyped up tournament meant to be the inception of a cruiserweight division to somebody who isn't going to be in the division at all. Saber and Ibushi have come as far as they have because they're big names and to treat them with the respect and credibility that both will hopefully lead to them thinking better of WWE down the line, but also so that they can take that established credibility to put over their guys at the end. Ibushi couldn't have even joined the tournament if he was with New Japan, and seeing as they brought back the Super J Cup to run counter to this, I don't think it would impress them much either way.

And we are that much closer to ZSJ vs Ibushi, the match everyone has wanted to see since Round 1
Noam Dar and ZSJ getting a standing ovation? Sounds like some FAN members are gonna eat shit when this is done
Perkins would be a great heel for the Cruiserweight Division, he comes off like such an arrogant douche it's easy, and if you remember his TNA Run Tweets, even easier!
And good news for Full Sail, Kendrick isn't going anywhere
I hope the other matches are aired as well, I want to see more of these guys I hope seeing more of them means they're gonna be signed in some capacity
Really hope Gallagher is signed though, sad to see he isn't in any of these matches... we NEED more Gallagher...
Sorry man. Far from "eating shit", I'm wondering what it was about Tyson Dux that made ZSJ decide that the best course of action was deciding like he didn't give a shit and showing no emotion throughout that match. Even if he completely emotionally throws himself into the Dar match, I'm still going to wonder why he acted like Tyson Dux wasn't worth selling as a legit opponent. Even Kenneth Johnson, Jason Lee, and High Top Fade Man got sold as legit opponents. That said, if ZSJ is willing to sell some emotion in everything he does, WWE-wise, from here on out, good on him.

Noam Dar is my bro. Bro-Am Dar is his nickname. And I'm kinda disappointed that he and ZSJ couldn't be in the finals, just to see the ensuing shitstorm.

HE WARNED YOU ABOUT STAIRS!
