Look I'm one of these hypersensitive sorts about race issues and one of the first to condemn someone over this crap, my own post history will support I'm pretty bonkers about this shit if you look at the other racism threads we've had.
But I'll easily say this one is kinda a bunch of nothing.
Let's look at what we know, everyone feel free to argue this if I got anything wrong here.
From the newz sites I'm reading there are three tweets, one about the N word (which he used as a proper noun, literally a song title), one crass sex joke about his brother that makes ZERO sense so is obviously some in-conversation, and the third is a mildly racist joke about Chinese food. I won't quote them here not because the crassness, but because I cant actually attribute this to Dar since the only proof of any of this is the deleted account's screenshots.
These are nowhere the level of the Havok BS.
Also Dar was smart enough about these tweets to delete them shortly after posting them.
Whoever leaked this took screenshots years ago and released them today, then deleted their twitter account.
From everyone else trying to get this sorted, do I have the right of it here?

As annoying as it is to have someone jokingly using racial slurs and the like on social media, I can't work up any anger about it anymore. It was a dumb kid (I think he was like 18 at the time of these) saying dumb kid shit. God knows what it'd look like if you dug up some of the shit I said when I was younger. Definitely not racial, but only recently I got one of those "On This Day" things on Facebook of me calling my friend a gay slur like 7 years ago. At this point I think intent is really the key factor in how we should react to these situations. Someone making an immature joke is not worthy of us blowing our tops. But nowadays when these situations arise my main feeling is pity towards the sad folks who spend time going through years of tweets just to try and spoil somebody's reputation. And according to the dude that broke the story, he found some of them by searching "Noam Dar racist". Like that's just something you do. It's just f***ing lame from all parties. Eh, I'm not as willing to let the whole "He was young!" thing slide. I'm the same age as the dude, and I still wouldn't have thought it was okay to be saying stupid shit like that, let alone on the internet for everyone to see. Also, he's a vanilla midget (BROTHER) and humps people's legs.

I haven't seen these tweets but I can say for a fact that he is not racist. We have a very good mutual friend who wouldn't go anywhere near him if he'd ever shown the slightest bit of racism.

I love you AJ, but if you don't think you've said some stupid shit on the Internet, you're crazy. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) Not stuff like he said though. But again, I can't get angry anymore about someone making some stupid jokes to his stupid friends. It all was tasteless but far from malicious. Certainly nothing worth calling for the guy to blacklisted or anything.

People think they can change it by taking someone's job away and blacklisting them at any offense, but even that isn't going to put enough fear into people where they never think a thought that could offend someone, or never say a word that could.

So Noam Dar is the latest to have some geek trawl through their entire Twitter history to try and find something to cause trouble with. It should be found easily enough. Some are sexual and racial in nature. Will this result in his deal being scrapped? And will a new fried chicken establishment be spawned from it?

Is there anything even stopping someone from just photoshopping a screenshot of someone saying something on twitter then claiming they deleted the tweet?

Isn't he only 22? So they're potentially digging up stuff he said as a teenager here. Find me someone who didn't say stupid/offensive shit as a teenager and I'll find you a unicorn.

Well, there's actually websites that let you fake tweets. For example. There's probably ways to tell though, for example, you'd have to crop the one I made, if it's full screen, it's more legitimate.
