I hate that WWE would probably due to being publicly traded need to announce any sort of takeover like this right then, because picture how amazing it'd be to see BFG start then suddenly King of Kings starts up.

The sad thing about all this is that we will likely lose the entire Broken Matt Hardy universe. Unless Hunter sees value in it.
I want to see the day where Raw starts with the house lights down and then we hear "WWE, I knew you'd come."

If this were to happen, I would imagine WWE would just make an announcement on .com and corp website, then quietly shut it down and then select 5-10 wrestlers to assign to NXT (save for the Hardy's who would rightfully go to the main roster ASAP likely ditching their Broken gimmick and defaulting back to their 2007 Hardy form. I am not confident the Hardy's would get to do whatever stuff they are doing now seeing how WWE didn't let Bubba Ray be Bully).
Don't see TNA getting any ceremony like WCW Final Nitro did. Like, at all.

After the main event HHH and Steph walk out: That would be their reaction after seeing Grado and Bram in the roster. After watching Shera, Triple H pukes.

Better yet, should we start a campaign to convince Martin Skrelli to buy TNA?

We have heard the possible end before and somehow TNA still here. I will believe it when I see it. The WWE wants the Library for any former talent they signed Roode, AJ, Sting, and Joe. The only contracts I see them wanting is the Hardys. Yahoo has been reporting WWE wanting Broken Matt all week. Not sure about Jeff. Lashley maybe the only other talent. The rest of the roster are EX guys they recently have released or guys who have little value to the WWE eyes. Maybe a couple of the X division guys for the Crusierweights but not much.

Let's say that WWE buys TNA's assets and then allows Bound For Glory to go on, if only to fulfill obligations to various cable companies. The show should end Sopranos-style: a montage of the company's greatest moments set to "Don't Stop Believin' " before the screen abruptly cuts to black.

I think Matt would probably be given free reign to do his thing.

I find it hilarious that since their inception, tna desperately claimed to be the wwe's rival and took shots at them.
1. Three Live Crew and Abyss crashed the royal rumble in Miami, they went to catering and filmed the guys, but it meant nothing since they had to blur the faces of Rey Mysterio and wwe talent.
2. Voodoo Kin Mafia invaded live events and instead of creating chaos, Triple H greeted them and was actually happy to see his old friends. Don't get me started on them challenging DX to a fight in the Alamo.
3. Signing Hogan and doing the press conference in Madison Square Garden.
4. The whole Monday night massacre in which the wwe destroyed them week after week. They also insulted the wwe fans they wanted to attract.
5. TNA putting billboards in Connecticut trashing the wwe, their mistake was that they didn't run shows in Connecticut.
The thing is Vince never gave a f*** about tna, he barely knew they existed, this "war" was won without Vince even raising a finger.

Why do I think Dixie Carter and Josh Matthews on a wacky adventure to raise the money to put on a wrestling show should be the sequel to Ready to Rumble?

Why do I think Dixie Carter and Josh Matthews on a wacky adventure to raise the money to put on a wrestling show should be the sequel to Ready to Rumble? Well like someone mentioned on the other tna business thread, we got ourselves a Blues Brothers situation here. We already have nazis and drunken hillbillies. The cops will get involved once Dixie is caught running a wrestling show without a business license.
