Guess that'll teach Lashley for dissing how much he needed TNA! Enjoy those on-time big checks and opportunities in companies that aren't dying, ya drangus!

Who are the 49 people who wait for frigging Bob Ryder to tweet some "TNA isn't dead you jerks!" garbage and then say to themselves "I need to retweet this to my followers!"? What a sad existence that must be. well most of his followers are bots. People need to realize this. Who in the world would WANT to follow sicko Bob?

Scoop #24: Eddie Edwards defeats Lashley to retain the title, Lashley pulled the ref in front of him when Eddie was running and KO'd the ref Scoop #25: A second red came out, but when Lashley didn't get a 3 count he punched ref #2, seemed like first ref DQ'd Lashley, bell rang Scoop #26: But then Eddie hit his finish and the ref counted the pinfall and they rang the bell again for that Yeah, that sounds appropriately stupid. Billy loves Russo booking apparently

Now that you mention it, would these belong to the library Vince purchased or are these Billy's? I'd guess that it would be a deal that takes effect at end of the year. This stuff would run and go to WWE and it gives Billy a chance to get things in order. Still, that would lead to another question with this taping if it does: I would assume the Vince-purchase, if you're right, goes to the end of "this" taping set. People are mocking "oh ,Hurricane Matthew's going to destroy the tapings!" now- but in reality, it seems pretty straightforward- if the tapings get cancelled because of the hurricane, Universal Studios would almost certainly be required to give TNA two days later in the year free of charge to make up for the two lost days of taping. The real question, if that's the case, would be: Would the episodes taped on those two replacement days of taping belong to Vince or to Corgan (and with TNA taping, the entirely likely possibility of some One Night Only matches being owned by Vince and some by Corgan on the same ONO PPV.)

Scoop #32: EC3 defeats Aron Rex on One Night Only
Hey, they went home on a halfway notable match for once.

Universal Studios already lets them use that space for free & anytime they need to so they don't owe TNA anything. If TNA is forced to cancelled Impact tapings, they will have to work it out with their vendors and staff about retapes. TNA does the marathon tapings because they cannot afford bi-weekly or monthly taping format. This round is suppose to cover for the rest of the year. After all, it took a mysterious benefactor giving them money to do BFG and these tapings. Otherwise TNA would been offically dead Sunday.

That's why there've been times in the past they only officially announce the days a show is taping like two or three days in advance, they've had to round up the rent money.

Yeah, my joke was more about TNA not letting their talent and backstage people get the f*** out of Florida before Matthew hits. Logic dictates they should have canceled at least the Friday and Saturday tapings and sent everybody home. A good portion of the state is going to be pretty much shut down, they've already moved UCF vs Tulane to a different day (and that game is taking place in Orlando), and there's still decisions about the other games to come. Matthew is strengthening right now and should make landfall as a Category 4 (sorry, just love the Weather Channel), so you're going to have tapings with even less people in the audience, and the talent probably won't be that happy about being stuck there during it. Hell, WWE has already postponed 2 NXT events due to Matthew. But TNA doesn't have the money to rent out Universal again, although I'd imagine Universal would be pretty understanding if TNA were to go to them and say "Hey, we need to cancel these days because of the Hurricane. Can we put that money to another use in a couple of weeks?"

Guess with other people actually paying Universal Studios for studio usage, TNA get no more freebies. Still I doubt Universal let them do free makeovers. Probably just won't charge them for the days lost. TNA might want to check if any casinos are busy if the studio is not available.

Sounds like they'll do matinees and double dates to make everything back up, just avoiding the day of the storm activity itself.
I would presume that the One Night Only events up to and including December would be WWE's if this went ahead - they've certainly recorded October's already, and I think most of November's - since they don't have story arcs any more. The big point to make would be that hereafter any ONO would require more effort to tape, as most of them are bolstered by archive footage that fits the bill to get them a free 20 minutes, same with Xplosion - if they're unable to use the TNA library post sale, that could get awkward, fast.

The reason Bad Bones is doing these shots is because he's one of the trainers at Al Snow's European training school that TNA is affiliated with.

Whatever show you do will be "empty arena" but seeing as they had trouble getting funds in the first place it will be worse if they rescheduled.

Get ready for Empty Arena Impacts. Not many are going to go to the show when they'll still be cleaning up from the Hurricane, streets are flooded, and they'll just want to stay inside and watch football. That's assuming Universal will be open.

Something I'd like to point out - Pop TV master control is in Atlanta. It's a very real possibility depending on when the storm touches down and the degree of fallout that we're getting a second loop of TNA Impact: The Biggest Hands in the World Edition.
