I know it's been a running joke for years but I seriously can't wait for the book on this company's downfall. It should be equal parts utterly fascinating and totally f***ing insane.

Free agency next week they will probably end up scraping the money together at the last second like usual but I really want Rosemary in LU.

If these lawsuits succeed on any level, even if Dixie settles quickly, that still seems like the end of the company. In all likelihood, they're months behind on paying the wrestlers, the crew, the caterers, hair & makeup, etc. The guy who does all their knockoff themes is so far behind on royalties, he has legally revoked TNA's license to use his stuff. People are going to do what they need to do to get paid.

The worst part is that corgan had show nothing but good will and trust on Dixie. Maybe she should try politics. I may not be the biggest fan of Corgan due to his personal views and his pretentiousness with regards to his musical career, but I really don't have any negative things to say about him in TNA. Unlike Dixie, who basically just sees this as a platform to a getting a career in reality TV, Corgan's actually shown that he wants this company to succeed. He admits that despite its flaws, he wants to fix things for the better and I believe him.

Holy shit, I thought the last "death watch" thread was crazy, but this is incredible. Dixie Carter doesn't seem smart enough to run a lemonade stand, let alone a wrestling company.

Add 1 more on to the list: Shelly Martinez files lawsuit against TNA for medical bills do to an injury suffered in the ring Are these true? Or just this board being this board? It says something about the state of TNA that I constantly find myself going "is this real or..." to what would be joke posts in any other thread.

BRAH. The L's keep coming. State "L" is a higher level than most they've taken lately, it seems. Also, if schedule and rules allow, I may try to sit in on that Chancery Court hearing on the 20th.

I swear next it's going to turn out that Borash has secretly been on fire for the past six months and John Gaburick is a figment of Dixie's imagination.
