I kind of want to see Triple H or Steph get into a Twitter fight with Meltzer, but it's over something like Mike vs Joel, A New Hope vs Empire, Dick Grayson vs Tim Drake, or Steve Young vs Troy Aikman.

I think that the judge after going through thousands of documents about just how big of a f*** up Dixie is, and how she conned Corgan, that she'll order the restraining order into effect. I just want to see the judge yell at Dixie and maybe even try to throw the gavel in her direction.

Per Meltz:

The funny part, I don't know if this is funny in a humorous way, if the judge rules against Billy Corgan's injunction, then they will be back to business with Jason Brown (head of Aroluxe) as the CEO, Anthem Entertainment is the majority owners. A couple of things get interesting. Aroluxe would be in charge and doing production of all the shows. But Dixie Carter, after all of this, while she only would have 5% stock, she'd get to keep her job. So she'd still be Director of Strategic whatevers. So after all this, she'd still be an executive in the company as crazy as this is.

The other thing is, the other guys who sided with Billy Corgan in this, what happens to them, which they may be gone. Another thing that's up in the air is the situation with John Gaburick, Dixie wants to keep John but from all I understand Aroluxe does not like him, and Dixie's fought all the way through to keep John with the company. It's all gonna go down on Monday.

If Anthem gets it, they're not gonna make money with it, but it's not gonna go away. And if Billy gets it, I don't see it going away any time soon, I don't think they're going away. No matter who gets it.... The only way they can not bleed money is if they get TV deals that pay. They're under contract for POP for a while so that won't happen in the United States. They have the UK and India so they'll have to get more deals overseas. Anthem has contacts in other countries, they have contacts all over the world so they can be someone who is primed to get them deals perhaps. The thing is, they got most of these deals with Kurt Angle and people like that on the roster and they don't got anybody like that anymore.

How much longer will TNA have India, though? The company still owes Sony Six a tour, and by all accounts it isn't happening. And Sony recently purchased TEN Sports, which airs WWE programming. I can't imagine WWE being thrilled with sharing the same network as TNA, even though that company poses zero threat to them.

I think that's because whoever wins, it's pretty likely they're goig to keep pumping life into this for as long as it takes. Anthem jumped the gun on trying to settle the Corgan charges in full because they wanted to shut him up, but all the other debts are likely things they're waiting on court decisions/settlements/bankruptcy to take care of. If Anthem is buying the company, they're doing so knowing what mess they're getting into, and they're likely the ones who stand a decent chance of actually cleaning things up a little bit and trying to run it slightly more responsibly. Maybe.
