Can't wait to see what the ratings were for this game The NFL is SO fortunate the Cubs won last night. Imagine if THIS game went up against NLCS Game 7.

Those defenses played their hearts out & made clutch plays all night. Idc if there weren't many points scored. Give me a matchup like that instead of a points fest like Saints Raiders.

Looking at the AFC, if the Patriots are tripped up before Super Bowl 51 in Houston, it will be a colossal failure.
Seriously, it's a freaking cakewalk for Brady and his soulless empire.

The AFC West went winless this weekend despite two of their teams playing each other. Just some food for thought to begin your Monday morning.

We better hope Broncos vs Texans is better then last night's debacle of a SNF game, otherwise, I'm going to put all of my focus on WWE Raw.

Pats were also 10-0 last season before playing the most uninspired and conservative style towards the end, coupled with injuries they lost home field advantage and didn't make the Superbowl. Seasons not half over.

The first step is admitting you have a problem. I have a problem. I stayed up past midnight to watch that rotten bag of stinky laundry that the NFL is trying to convince me was actually a football game between the Seahawks and Cardinals. Look, I get that some people prefer defense to offense, but last night was no stand-out defensive showdown. It was two teams going out of their way to be inept on offense and special teams. There's a monumental difference between a defense making plays and an offense falling down and what we saw last night was two offenses falling down an escalator. It was that scene from "The Simpsons" in which Sideshow Bob keeps stepping on rakes and whacking himself in the face, spread out over the course of NEARLY FOUR HOURS. STOP SAYING THIS GAME IS FUN COLLINSWORTH, YOU'RE WORSE THAN WWE COMMENTARY. I don't know what's happened to Cris Collinsworth in recent years, but he's gone from being one of the very best color commentators in all of sports to being among the worst. He was terrible last night, continuing to shill this game like he's Michael Cole with Vince McMahon (Roger Goodell) screaming in his ear to tell the audience at home just how much fun we're supposed to be having. I feel like it all started in January 2015, when he and Al Michaels were forced to read a very obviously scripted statement from the NFL in the aftermath of the Ray Rice elevator video fiasco and the very obviously slanted Mueller Report that followed it. Here it is in case anyone's forgotten: deadspin.com/nbc-carries-nfls-water-with-pre-written-statement-on-mu-1678746476Since then, for whatever reason, instead of analyzing a play and explaining how and why it happened to the audience - the basic job of a color commentator - Collinsworth has reverted into this smug caricature who is a stooge the likes of which we haven't seen since Brisco and Patterson. I remember last year's Packers at Broncos game, in which Collinsworth - after seemingly every Peyton Manning completion - instead of dissecting the play, would make some sort of remark like, "Huh, Al, I thought washed-up quarterbacks weren't supposed to complete passes like that!" or "(scoff) Peyton Manning obviously hasn't heard the people telling him he's done," regardless of whether it was a 30-yard completion up the seam or a two-yard dump-off to the fullback. Couple that with last night's performance, which was several hours of him insisting it was this amazing game, it's clear that whoever got into the NBC team's ears back in 2015 has stayed there for Collinsworth.

I've never seen two air casts put on a player at once. That's a really bad sign

*Sigh* Ref never blew the whistle so you should consider that ball still alive and guess what, Denver recovers. Texans are stupid.

Texans are so dumb... cool you can run the ball to a degree on Denvers defense, but you're down two scores in the 4th?
