You mean Mr. Dream, making his non-Nintendo video game debut? I just ran across it in Austin's mode and I was dying. What on Earth happened. It was clearly still the Tyson asset even. Probably just couldn't or didn't want to get the legal permission to use Tyson's likeness, so they went with that substitute. Hence my Mr. Dream joke...where despite the rumor it was because of Tyson's legal troubles, the deal with Tyson and Nintendo actually ran out BEFORE they happened, and were never renewed, hence the Mr. Dream thing even happening in Punch-Out!!. |

For any UK people, Game are selling 2K17 for £29.99 now. I'd waited to get it for various reasons (busyness, waiting for DLC and patched) so the price drop definitely helps out too. Looking forward to getting into the creative suite.

I was about to bring that up. Holy shit is this game bugged. It's only about one step better than how in WWE 12 at launch most of the time the ring would be an inky mess of black. |

Defract over on caws.ws is making a collection of NJPW guys/arena/belts, for those that want high quality new japan stuff in their game. A shot of his Tanahashi and IWGP title I got. I'll be in my bunk. |

I love that Duel and Htial immediately went to start posing, because they knew they were going to be there a while, and to just let the magic happen. I swear, 2K is doing this just for nL now. |

This is a nitpick but:
Promos are stupid. But why can't the wrestlers wear their entrance gear during promos? Plus if they are champions they should come out with their title belt. If you read the news bit if a champion has a promo the show after a title match it says 'X came to the ring to celebrate title win, but Y interrupted proceedings....'... Umm, they go nothing like that. The champion came out without the belt said some random shit, then the rival came out and said some random shit.
They could do so much with this. But it's just awful.
