I just had the most epic moment I think I've ever had in a WWE game.
Finn beats AJ at Takeover to retain the NXT Title as the demon. On the next NXT, it has a title match booked of AJ vs Finn. I say screw it, I'll play as AJ and win the belt.
Awesome back and forth match, he kicks out of the Phenomenal Forearm and a Styles Clash, and I hit the Tope Con Hilo and Apron DDT, plus a Springboard 450 and some other big moves, but he kept kicking out.
He hits me with a Coup De Grace, I kick out, then he reverses my Styles Clash and throws me up top. He goes for a superplex, I reverse it and hit a Spiral Tap to win the NXT Championship.
By far the most satisfying match ending I've ever had.

Those promo title matches wreck your rivalries too. For the rest of the feud Owens and Y2J just thought in straight singles matches and when Summerslam came around before I edited it their match was a non title match.
And another thing and this is a minor nitpick but this is the second game in a row they made The New Day tag team Kofi and Xavier even though in WWE it's almost always Kofi and Big E. In the tag menu it's Kofi and E as the team.. but when Universe makes matches and rivalries it's always Xavier and Kofi.

I'm getting better at 2k16 and it's definitely growing on me, though still not a huge fan of the pin or submission systems. Weird thing though is when my character is in multiple matches on a card but I can only play one. Even weirder is I'm in a rivalry with Kevin Owens. I gave an aggressive response after my match with Simon Gotch. The next match is Kevin Owens vs me and I run in and beat him down as he's going to the ring, then the match starts against me and I can't control any of it. I'm a spectator for all of it. Is that common? Also, is there a way to interfere with rival matches that it has you spectating?
