Kind of off topic but on topic. I’ve been playing through all the old Xbox WWE games I didn’t own back in the day for achievements. Somehow I went right from 07 to 2011 so I’ve played 08 this year, am almost done with 09, picked up 2010, and finished Legends of Wrestlemania. Playing these old games has got me in the mood to go even older. Games like War Zone, Attitude, the WCW games etc. just wondering if anyone has any preference for platform for the games that came out on both PS1 and N64? I played most of them on N64 as a kid, but kinda wanna re-add these to my collection and I’m hearing some video content might only be in PS versions of the WCW games at least. I have access to both and if all things are equal I’ll prob go N64, but not trying to miss out on content It's been a long time since I've played or had access to those games but I think the only thing you get on PS1 compared to the N64 is some FMV openings, probably higher quality music due to the format as well. I don't remember any glaring content differences for games that were released on both platforms but others may have a better memory than me. |

Playing the female MyCareer. Just went from a storyline were I play as some other person, then a storyline where I dress like a naval captain and then a story where I dress as Rhea. This sucks lmao. Far and away the best part of that story is the supernatural storyline. It was but still it dragged. In 2K19 you doing Demon Finn bollocks with Matt Hardy was just like 1 match, so it was fun. This time you spend so long in another costume that you start to forget what you even looked like. Not to mention having to play as others AGAIN. And now I did a movie and I'm not myself anymore again. This mode is dedicated to not letting you just have fun with your CAW. I did however LOVE beating the hell out of the female version of the Smiling Friends forest demon. |

Have to love the incredible scam they're running right now of running the Big Poppa Pump event requiring you to have a specific Sami Zayn card to do it while not having that card in any of the packs but instead having it buried in the market shop, where it would run you bare minimum $35 to buy enough points to get it.
It's really amazing what an unmitigated disaster MyFaction is this year. It'd probably take thousands of dollars to get even half of the shit in this mode and most of it isn't worth having anyway.

You know how some games have had DLC a year or two after release that would make all the unlockable stuff automatically available for everyone that buys it?
I'm waiting for 2K24 to just f*** with everyone and release all the Persona cards for five bucks at the absolute tail end of the game's lifespan.

I finished the female MyRise last night, and wow. The way it ended was some bullshit. I got to the GM part and I think I'm gonna drop it for a while. I feel like I've gone far enough into the story to not wanna abandon it entirely, but also I just can't handle this bullshit anymore, need a break. |

That platform's version was delayed two weeks from the others' release so they could tighten the controls and it makes all the difference in the world. Also, I'd say go for PS1 for the games that were on both PS1 and N64 as, if I recall correctly, the N64 Nitro was a reskinned Playstation Thunder, so you'd essentially be having a minimally different version of a game you already have. And if you still have a PS3, the PS1 WCW games load a lot faster so it's worth playing on there - which is like the one N64 advantage made to a moot point. |

Noticing a new glitch with DLC in Faction Wars that if you're playing as a technician, it's a random crap shoot whether damaging your opponents arms to red actually gives you the match action.
Also, since this latest update I find my wrestlers will be "stunned" longer despite the stunned meter going completely empty.

But yeah, the Female myrise has two big issues... if you make a character for it you basically never wrestle as them as it constantly changes your gimmick for the storyline. and the ending is rushed as all hell and basically out of nowhere. the Male superstar you rarely wrestle in like different outfits, and if you do it's for a one off match or something as opposed to a full on character change. |
