I've been told several times that the correct answer is Bob Holly. Although Eric Escobar used it as his finish. So I'm torn.

My first thought was "Who was the guy that stood arm's length away from his opponent, jumped up and nailed them in the face?"
It was Mr.Perfect.

I think AJ Styles has the best dropkick of all time.

Erik Watts Y'know, watching that in slow-motion again, I realize that it wasn't entirely Erik's inability to do a dropkick. He didn't mess up the maneuver, what he screwed up on was not staying on the right half of the mat when he released Doc. He walked him over basically, and just had no room/time to bring the kick up to full effect. If he had stayed a foot or two back, he would have done fine there.

Bob Holly. Great height but more importantly it always had a really good snap to it thus making it look more impactful and damaging to the opponent receiving it. Lance Storm, Billy Kidman, and AJ currently are other really good for the same reason. Paul Roma I think had the best height I've ever seen on a dropkick as I remember him getting insane height on his. Perfect's was probably the most graceful and slick especially when he would leapfrog over the opponent and bounce off the ropes before doing it. However both lacked impact and didn't look they hurt that much which takes away from it for me and puts them below the first four I mentioned.
Top 10 imo 1. Holly 2. Styles 3. Kidman 4. Storm 5. Furnas 6. Roma 7. Orton 8. Perfect 9. Koko B. Ware 10. Shawn Michaels (he cut down on them more and more when he went singles but he always did a really one during his Rocker days)

Thurmann "Sparky" Plug. That's what Vince McMahon screamed every week from 93 to 95.
