I'll be honest this scene always cracks me up, Plus I'll give Lucas credit it was pretty ballsy to put this in Also I'm kinda bummed we didn't get the Sith Lord Jar Jar that was/is heavily rumored to be in the prequels had Jar Jar not been so hated in Episode 1 (Not that I blame the hatred) I don't remember there ever being any serious rumors about Jar Jar being a Sith Lord, just people talking because of how much they hated him.

Phantom Menace was just boring, the battle between Maul and Qui-Gon/Obi-Wan aside, and it has my least-favourite trope in fiction: a precocious kid. That pod race goes on for about eight minutes longer than it needs to be, and feels ten times longer than that.
Attack of the Clones... it's a tough one. Almost everything that doesn't involve Anakin/Padmé is decent. Obi-Wan: Jedi Detective is a fun little sideplot, and it had Christopher f***ing Lee as a Sith Lord (albeit a woefully underused one). That romantic subplot really was the albatross that dragged the rest of the movie down.
Revenge of the Sith is actually my least-liked of the prequels. The Jedi are presented as painfully dim-witted and all best parts of the movie happen in the third act.
They should have merged the best ideas from TPM and AOTC for Ep I, had the bulk of the Clone War in Ep II with Anakin's turn to the Dark Side at the end of it, and Ep III could've been about the last remaining Jedi trying to survive Vader hunting them down.
