Alexa is lucky to have no baggage. Her matches won't be "history making", there was no questionable start to her title lineage, no divas revolution, no real notable NXT history, no being part of a group like "the four horsewomen"... She can just concentrate on being the best champion possible and for better or worse will be judged on her own merits. Yet Alexa wouldn’t have got the chance to do that without the divas revolution. Makes me wonder if all four of the horsewomen will end up being martyrs for women's wresting, never escaping the shadow of the revolution. Instead it'll be those that come after them that really reap the long-term benefits. That's why I hope alexa, becky and all the other girls stay on smackdown so they don't have to be sacrificed to the alter of charlotte. Move bayley over as well.

She's had the chance to carve her own path and has done well for herself.

The thing that bothers me the most about the whole '2 seconds to tap' thing is, okay, let's say that she was legitimately in so much pain that she couldn't possibly hold on for even a second more without giving up. Fine.
Except that two minutes later, Charlotte attacked the bad leg, put her BACK in the figure four, and she held on for ANOTHER minute before giving up.
What sort of logic is that? Her leg was on the verge of breaking, but it somehow recovered enough during that two minute reprieve that she could struggle and fight and grit her teeth for much longer than she would have had to if she'd just held on the first time? Quite frankly, it would have made a whole lot more sense for her to tap out immediately in the overtime, because at least then it would have actually sold just how f***ed up her leg supposedly was at that point.
