With all the buzz about the CW's I thought it was a pertinent idea. Part of me stilll would like to see the fallen angel get his own moment in a WWE ring. But with his age and his seeming to be transitioning into only wrestling part time, the clock for it appears to be running. While I think he'd be best suited to a Jushin Lyger style one-off appearance for an NXT special, I could also see him having some small value as a veteran hand to help the still young CW division develop. At the very least landing him as a participant for the next CWC ought to be a must do. But he could also work out as a Kendrick style short-term challenger for the title to help make a newly crowned champion more established by going over a well recognized opponent. I think even a short term WWE career would be the perfect way to close out his career even without being a main event player or even holding any titles. It's probably be worth it just to see what CFO$ would come up with as his theme.

I am actually a little surprised he hasn't been to the performance center yet. If he ends with ROH anytime, I fully expect it. The guy played a part in training Cena and Joe, didn't he? And obviously, AJ Styles would probably put in a good word for him, too.

Is he the best guy to never work for WWE? (other than as a Conquistador)
I'd love a part time NXT run. That seems like the best place for him.

I wouldn't wish the Cruiserweight Division on my worst enemy.

He is over the weight limit by about 20lbs. Not impossible to shed but does he want to at this point in his career? Also, he is an agent and helps Delirious book ROH, on top of having an acting gig at Universal Studios and writing a comic book so he has a lot outside wrestling that he'd be giving up to move to WWE and be on the road for them.

More than anything, the CW division needs road agents: People who can book matches to have narratives that make sense and lead to exciting finishes. Dude would fit in well in that role, but as others have said, I don't see him wanting it.

Yeah, he does the Waterworld show at Universal Studios LA. He's probably not in a hurry to move cross-country for a very un-certain opportunity.

problem is he'll start off in the cruiserweight division, see aj styles and instantly wander off to screw with him for no reason.
its one of the wrestling universe's constants.

I don't know, he must make a lot of money off the bowflex commercial and with his rock band.

Unless he was promised a program with Styles at a major event with a trainer gig at the end, he would be a fool to quit his job for the WWE at this point n his life. If he were 10 years younger, then maybe it'd be worth a roll of the dice but not now.

Maybe Hideo Itami, but not Christopher Daniels.
