Dude plays his character really well, carries himself well, and can cut pretty good promos. Dude is getting better and better in the ring each week and kudos to him for bulking up so he looks more and more like an imposing big man. I can see this dude getting lots of love in 2017 and getting a huge push.

I remember when he REKTd CJ Parker and I immediately became a fan.
His heel turn was money and that match with Joe was easily 4 stars.

I can see Corbin in a role similar to Kane: monster heel that can ME without any real shock but more of an upper podcaster. I'm not sure whose podcast I'd rather listen to, Baron Corbin's or Kane's. Kane for me, I wanna hear more singing pickle stories.

In my headcanon, he is the son of the actor Barry Corbin.

Something tells me he's going to get involved in the Cena/Style title match on the premise that he wasn't pinned in this match.

He's got all the tools BUT he needs to compete with ring generals to have good matches. AJ and Ziggler can bring out a GREAT match out of him no doubt

Corbin's gradually getting better, but he's not ready to main event yet. He CAN get there, but Ziggler and Styles were leading last night's match.
But I won't hold not being able to break up the pin in time against him. Lots of great wrestlers have to scramble back in the ring now and then, it happens. That's a fairly innocuous botch to have, really.

He's been boring as hell. His feud with Dolph completely ruined him and then the thing with Kalisto just made it worse. I get the appeal, he is a big badass but he actually sucks so it just comes down to looks and that doesn't cut it. I wanted him to be great so bad but it just isn't there.

To me, he looks like the most uncoordinated person on the planet at certain points. I have no problem with him getting a mid-card push, but I'm not sure I'd be down for a Corbin main-event run. It has already been said, but Styles and Ziggler being in the ring with him made him look a lot better than he probably is at this point.

Been telling ya since day 1, he is not just a future champ, Baron is a future WM main eventer. All hail! Well, that's a good enough reason to not watch anymore...

I've been backing my man Big Baron since he debuted on NXT. Great look, great character, great ring work. He's slowly becoming the complete package.

I have been a fan of corbin since that samoa joe program, his main event push should be awesome at least I'm hoping it to be awesome as far as people who are saying that he got carried well I'm not surprised brawlers don't get much love from iwc unless they don't jump of stuff so i think corbin will always be accused of getting carried every time he has a great match the guy has been consistent the guy had a string of good to great matches with crews, ambrose, kalisto, ziggler and last night was his best match he's finally getting his grove back that he had lost after his debut but i think being accused of being carried will work for him he will never get cheered which is a good thing

I think Corbin has shown he can hang and put on very enjoyable matches against talented workers. I'm not saying it's the case with anybody in this thread, but I get the feeling some people still haven't gotten over his feud with Bull Dempsey

Nowhere near ready for a title run yet, but he'll get there.
He's made massive improvements since his early NXT days.
A very solid hand, being shaped to be something bigger.

I'm glad he's gelling, and I love the "Who are you and why the f*** should I care?" attitude he has, character-wise. I don't think he's quite there yet, but I'm willing to be patient.

Just like OP, I've been a fan since the Joe match, and I am absolutely f***ing with Corbin as a top heel in the future. Can't wait to see what he progresses into.

Love him. He's got a lot going for him and I can't help but think his character is one of the best in WWE presently. Big fan, I get the hype there is
