Watching some Hogan promos from around 84 (when he first won the title), it's weird to see how Hogan's promos progressed. He still had stuff like the 24 inch pythons and the "well you know mean gene", but he still sounded more like a wrestler, as opposed to 1990 where he was doing stuff like "Breathe your last breath into me, Ultimate Warrior" and went really over the top. If I had to find a point where this all started, i'd say it was the infamous WM4 promo where he talked about slamming Andre and causing the arena to explode, and the Hulkamaniacs jumping onto his back.

Three stand out for me.
1- Rescuing Donald Trump and his entire family from a tsunami or something which would swallow up Atlantic City. But he would only do it if he was convinced Trump was a Hulkamaniac. Otherwise presumably Trump and his family would be left to drown.
2- Carrying Elizabeth and his Harley Davidson on his back as he and Brutus Beefcake swam across the river to get to the Meadowlands Arena I think. He may have also made reference to Elizabeth wrapping her legs around him. I can't be sure.
3- Getting on a surfboard and fighting a shark after beating Earthquake (by count out) at Summerslam 90 and declaring he wanted to be WWF Champion again, which I'm sure pleased the Ultimate Warrior greatly.
