Probably been done a thousand times, but I'm in the mood to go on a tag team match binge and I'm hoping this will help me discover or rediscover some great ones.
Let's keep this strictly to 2 on 2 tags.
My personal favorite is Kobashi and Kikuchi vs. Kroffat and Furnas from All Japan, 5/25/92. Any Misawa/Kobashi vs. Kawada/Taue match is up there as well. I think my favorite American match would be the Steiners vs. Luger and Sting.
Ok FAN, your turn. Let's make Teddy Long proud!

KUDO and MIKAMI vs. MIYAWAKI and Yoshiaki Yago. From Chikara's Tag World Grand Prix 2006 Night One. Seriously amazing match.

The Rockers vs. The Orient Express from Royal Rumble 1991. Actually, The New Foundation vs. The Orient Express from the 92 Rumble is also a really fun match that I've always enjoyed.

Cactus Jack and Kevin Sullivan vs. The Nasty Boys at Slamboree 1994. Great walk'n'brawl tag team match that went all over the place in front of a great Philly crowd.

I am partial to Money, Inc versus the Steiners in their cage match, if only for the excellent ending.
New Day versus Y2AJ was a recent one that was fantastic, and of course, anything with DIY versus Revival has been stunning.

The Rockers against the Brainbusters in their 2 out of 3 falls match from Saturday Night's Main Event is worth your time.

Tough call. There are a lot of tag-teams I like, but hard to nail down one specific match of theirs I liked.
That said, my stock answer is the British Bulldogs vs. Fabulous Rougeau Brothers, SummerSlam 88.

Misawa/Sugiura vs Nakamura/Goto @ Wrestle Kingdom 3 is still one of my favourite matches of all time and proved that everyone in that match was a main-event competitor: Misawa was being Misawa and knew that the less he did in that match, the better he looked so he stayed on that course; Goto proved that he belonged on the big stage once and for all; Nakamura started teasing his later heel turn here by decking Sugiura with a straight right hand (closed fist) and being "main-event pre-super charisma Strong Style banner" Nakamura throughout; and this is the match that made Sugiura's career by being the biggest badass in it (he was, essentially, a mid-carder in NOAH before this match. Then this and the next G1 happened, NJPW strapped him to a rocket and launched him to the moon).
