If it's Taker/Cena, I get it. That's a huge match. But regardless AJ should have a top billed match and not relegated to some multi-man ladder match. No doubt, but Taker and Cena have had their chance to main event Mania. It's AJ's time. There's no reason they should get top billing ahead of him. Money. Which is what it always boils down too. And If Vince thought Cena/Taker would draw more than a match with AJ against anyone, I'd agree with him.

How can they talk about building the future on a card featuring Shaq vs Big Show and Brock vs Golderg? If Cena vs Taker will create the most interest then surely they'll do it. Wrestlemania has become the part timer paradise already. Are you implying 2016 shouldn't be headed up by shaq, big show, brock, and goldberg? Surely you are not! No way. They're ready brother!

Plus you can easily tire out the crowd if you put the most exciting match in the sub main event which leads to the Main Event feeling more flat.

You honestly couldn't have timed that message more perfectly with the way how my week and day has been going. Like I had to work extra days on my days off with less then 12 hours notice which means I had to cancel many appointments and reschedule them next week and the one I was pissed off the most was delaying my haircut especially on how long my sides are getting making my grays more noticeable! f*** this has to be sign. I was being silly but in reality yup. "You're getting old". You want to live forever? I visited my family for christmas a few days back and my mom was saying "oh damn I can see some grey in there". She wasn't messing with me or teasing me, she just realized "oh, this is my kid! grey? That's not supposed to happen! He's not supposed to ever get old, that's my kid!" Right? Well it doesn't quite work that way huh? Turns out we're all going away =) I haven't had to think about my mortality more then me pondering the time wasted when Stephanie Mcmahon is on my tv and how fleeting life is

My dad just started graying like three or four years ago. He's turning 62 next week.

Id say Taker's legacy and potential final match is a big ass reason. Combined with the long time coming feel of the match. If Cena and Batista could take a backseat to HBK's retirement, AJ can be somewhere other than the main event. And lets face it. Unless Cena and Taker are involved, the SD title match isnt closing.

Listened to the latest WOR.
Dave said he thinks the plan is still Cena vs Taker at WM.

I remember getting my first grey hairs two days after my 24th birthday. I'm probably going to grey before I turn 30. My dad just started graying like three or four years ago. He's turning 62 next week. So you aren't 30 yet? I remember thinking that. Weirdly enough I'm 37 and it's still just hanging there. I have a head of brown hair but my facial hair is going to give me away if I don't shave. I'm going to miss out on a nice beard because I couldn't ever grow a good one to begin with. When I try now it'll be some combination of jailhouse beard and a rogaine commercial. Grey hairs only I can see, but they are there. Oh my facial hair has been giving it away for years. Luckily enough I always had a girlfriend that likes them even if it's ammo for teasing foddler. I think the realization I've started reading Wrestlecrap when I was 13 and been a full time registered member during highschool is what truly makes me feel old. Damn you FAN. And back on topic I remember they were originally planning to make Big Show vs. Mayweather the Main Event and having Orton vs. HHH at Wrestlemania 24. Hell I remember when they tried making Orton vs. HHH the main event for nearly a year at Wrestlemania 21 but they did it at The Royal Rumble. It seems like they always put the original Wrestlemania Plan as the title match for The Rumble. Which I feel like is what is happening now with this year when it should of been Cena vs. Styles as the main event.

Styles v Undertaker should headline: Phenom v Phenomenal
Cena can fight Reigns
If AJ beats Taker, you do Styles v Lesnar at the next Wrestlemania as the only 2 men to beat Taker on that stage.

Just do Cena v Taker WWE. It's what the people want. Don't do a repeat of that horrid main event last year. I'm sure WWE officials will read this FAN post

Like seriously, why the hell is Big Show Vs Shaq even happening?! Does anyone seriously want to see this?! Is Vince so determined to have this match that he has to announce it a year in advance?! Because Shaq is wiling to do it, and Wrestlemania is the greatest concentration of Vince McMahon's craving for media attention and whatever narrow idea of "legitimacy" he believes is brought by having real stars show up on his wrestling show. Shaq is still a huge sports name, and the last time he had a name that big involved in his show was Lawrence Taylor over 20 years ago. Shaq's willing to get in the ring, which means there's no way Vince won't go all out. Keep in mind that it was last year's Wrestlemania that Vince learned that Shaq is no longer the center for the Orlando Magic...

If AJ Styles isn't in the last match, I won't be watching any of it. There's literally no excuse for him not to main event. If it's Taker/Cena, I get it. That's a huge match. But regardless AJ should have a top billed match and not relegated to some multi-man ladder match. Why is it a huge match when they've wrestled each other a bunch of times in the past?

No two individuals have been booked stronger since then. You can argue its former backbone vs the closest to the current. There's also considerable doubt as to who would get over. I mean what's a bigger match that could be booked? Cena/Goldberg?

My problem with the whole Goldberg/Lesnar thing is that WWE has had their chance to do this twice now and hasn't delivered anything resembling a serious wrestling match either time. Goldberg/Taker, Goldberg/Cena, or even Goldberg/Reigns is at least something fresh. The GB destruction of Lesnar to me is something to use to build GB to some major match at WM, not just screw around with a guy he just beat like a jobber.
Where is this AJ vs. HBK rumor coming from? I hate to say this but if somehow Shawn could be talked into it, does anyone think there's a chance in hell Styles is going over? What point is there in having a 52 year old Shawn Michaels come out of retirement to beat the best wrestler in the company?

Each time he shows up I find myself more embarrassed for him. To me there's nothing compelling about him these days. I do have a question though: Why do so many people claim that Taker has never strayed from his gimmick or broke character when he spent 2000-2004 breaking his gimmick and changing his character?

Wait... They are worried about never being able to do Taker/Reigns and not Bout never doing Cena/Taker. Look, I am going to Wrestlemania, and they don't give me the spectacle of Cena/Taker, I will be disappointed. I want to see that.

And AJ being asked about it. And being compared to a prime HBK I guess. No doubt it'd be amazing even at the age HBKs at but I doubt he's down.

I actually think THE Bryan Campbell from Cheap Heat may have been the real origin of the rumor. He came up with a pretty crazy theory that they haven't made any formal announcement about HBK coaching at the PC because he really didnt move there to coach, but to train fulltime for a big Mania match. And who more deserving than AJ Styles he said.

This is all awful. I have no desire to see HHH, Big Show, Goldberg or Shaq in a match and don't care about Lesnar facing Goldberg or Taker taking on Cena. Taker vs Reigns will be fun hearing all the boos but I would love to see Taker vs AJ or Lesnar vs AJ.
