I think a C on total is fair. The brand split has settled in easier than I expected it to and some of the PPVs have been good or at least watchable. There's been a lot of strong work in ring and in general I like the direction they're taking with the network. Its easily been the network's strongest year since it began.
Raw has been dire for 6 months. 3 hours is just way too long and the amount of rehashed crap is mindnumbing. Smackdown is the better show but theres still a lot of room for improvement. I do not like Bryan/Shane as authority figures nor do I like Foley. Stephanie is a great heel bitch but has been neutered for the most part lately. NXT is not a good weekly series for the most part, but man do they deliver with the specials.

B. Mostly because of RAW being great and NXT hanging in there. SD has been abysmal since the split and it doesn't look like it will get better any time soon.

C.
Raw is garbage, SD is great, 205 Live is kinda average, NXT is solid but not spectacular, and the PPVs have been a mixed bag of terrible and awesome.
The Roman push shows no sign of slowing down despite almost nobody buying what he's trying to sell, but AJ's push has been richly deserved and he's repaid their faith with some of the best work of his career.
If they can at least try to make the non-Roman sections of Raw better in 2017 they could bring up their overall grade.
