vs Karl Anderson vs Luke Gallows vs The Club (w/Enzo & Cass) vs Miz and Styles (w/Ambrose) vs Del Rio
Other than that, he's lost every other match he was in.

Please tell me James Ellsworth has won more. According to EoE's point thread, Cena went 5 and 7, Ellsworth went 3 and 3.

Gotta say 12 matches for Big John feels nice, not even in a "I don't wanna see him" way, but what he did feels more important and actually left me wanting more.
Things like this lead me to believe that far less tv matches for each superstar per year would help fight the tedium.

Things like this lead me to believe that far less tv matches for each superstar per year would help fight the tedium. Or at least fewer competitive matches. Considering all the meaningless, short but competitive matches we get on tv, I don't think there would be much harm in replacing them with squash matches. I think even top guys should have those types of matches on a fairly frequent basis. I think it would do wonders for the perception of anyone vaguely important if we saw them winning most of their televised matches. Not to say I want Raw and Smackdown to be nothing but squash matches but my big hope for 2017 is both rosters getting more depth and WWE doing more to rotate who has long matches each week.

2016 will be the first year of Cena's entire WWE career where he'll end up with a TV record with more losses than wins. And in the matches where Cena lost, did he take the pin fall, e.g. in a tag match? Of the seven matches he lost, he took the fall in five of them, with two of them being completely clean (Styles at SummerSlam and Ambrose on SmackDown).

As soon as I saw that comment, I knew edgestar would be making an appearance. I'm still mad at him, lol Maybe one of Cena's first 2017 wins will be over Ellsworth. It's the easiest thing to write.
