As much as I think his feud with HHH/WM XIX booking was a disaster, I think you can make a pretty good argument that WWE turned Booker T. into a much bigger star than he was in WCW.
WWE gave Jamie Noble a personality.

If the OP claimed the Radicalz (when they happened slightly before the purchase), it also adds one of the bigger gray areas for this one: Mona/Molly Holly.
On the one hand, even with a slight push she WAS a slightly bigger star in WWE than in WCW (going from Saturday Night regular to in the thick of the title hunt, winning the title a few more times.)
On the other...still basically a midcarder and the carpenter of the division, and the only REAL proof you'd have of having a better WWE career than WCW was "WWF had a Women's Title, WCW did not".
Put it in, there's a good case for "was it a better reign, or was it bound to happen solely because of having a title to fight for?"

Rey Mysterio definitely. He got to the point where even casual fans recognised him instantly.
Chavo, Helms, Molly, and Booker too.

Can we count the likes of Triple H, Undertaker and Steve Austin? Seeing as guys who jumped before the purchase have been mentioned.

For the record Jericho and the Radicalz jumped before the purchase so they don't qualify. I would say none of the Natural Born Thrillers (Palumbo, Jindrak, O'Haire, etc) really had a chance to have a career in WCW as it folded shortly after they joined the main roster. If WCW had lived, a good chunk of them would have had great careers likely.
Rey did have a brush with main event level stuff through feuds with Nash in WCW but yeah his WWE career had higher accolades. That said, his first world title run was absolute crap and his wwe title run didn't even last a show.
Helms and Chavo definitely did well for themselves and even Finlay brushed the main event for a time. Hell Regal went from mid carder to King of the Ring winner, commssioner and almost WWE champ.

Of course Chavo did better in WWE. Eddie was alive and well during his WCW run.

There's a lot of wrestlers that reached greater plateaus in the WWE but it doesn't make they were booked better.
I prefer WCW Booker T(esp. TV title run), Benoit in the Horsemen, Jericho and Chavo with Pepe than anything they did in the WWE.

Do you just mean people that were brought in with the purchase? If so of that group I would say Chavo. He had a really long run and won a lot of championships, including the ECW title. He won a few titles in WCW but when you compare it to his WWE run I think he did way better for himself in WWE. and Kurt Angle also wrestled him.

Benoit. He was always featured in wcw but I think he was a much bigger start with wwf/wwe. You're not wrong, but the question is after WCW was sold. Benoit was already in the E when WCW folded.

Rey Mysterio was a big star in WCW but was never a main eventer. That didn't happen until Eddie died. Fixed
