More accurately, "Anthem Sports & Entertainment Corp. loses 200k on the tire fire money sink they decided to buy for reasons that even when fully understood still don't totally seem like they don't blow goats as a measure of business sense"

How long until TNA starts selling their talent by the hour as escorts?
They wouldn't even have to change their company name.
I wonder what the exchange rate is for Dollars:Brams?

The thread title makes it seem as if TNA misplaced $200,000. Which I could believe exactly as easily as what really happened.

From the title I thought it meant 200K then I realized TNA probably doesn't have 200K viewers.

How about that, the American Express lawsuit didn't go away by them ignoring that. Funny how that works.

I wonder how well it's going to work when they find out that their tax troubles with the state of Tennessee won't go away just because they didn't change their mailing address when they moved from their offices out to the warehouse building that is also in the company's name. Not exactly a great place to lie low, I'd imagine.

Get Kenny on the line! How about that, the American Express lawsuit didn't go away by them ignoring that. Funny how that works. Who knew American Express had a legal team?

TNA just assumed they were being sued by the US Express and thought it could be settled in the ring.

Dixie: No I did not use 200K to build a secret grotto filled with hot young Africans with strong accents.
Pool Boy: *with heavy Cameroon accent* Madame Carter your sensual massage and pedicure team is ready.
Banker: Who was that?
Dixie: He is not African, he is from Cameroon. Says so right here. Shows a piece of paper that says "I is not African"

The press release definitely gives off the vibe they bought the assets and not the parent company itself, similar to how it went down when WWE purchased WCW. Hell, if I'm not mistaken Time Warner still technically owns a shell company that used to be what oversaw WCW
