Awhile back I caught whichever PPV it was where Galloway dropped the title to Lashley, might've been a Bound For Glory, and major credit to the guy, he carried himself like a star. He was carrying the TNA World Title, a belt that's been stripped of so much value by the sheer incompetence of the company that owns it, but walking to the ring he looked like it meant the world to him, and the fight to come came off more epic for his demeanor.
Obviously the match's ceiling was limited due to the setting it was being held in, but Galloway's work was strong and so was his presence, good to see him really get that down. Would love to see him wrestle elsewhere, but if WWE offers him big dollars then I can't blame him if he takes them.

He would not look out of place standing next to Styles, Roman, Seth, Dean etc the main event bunch. I feel like it is a matter of time before he goes back as he is one of the better examples of guys who get improved their craft when let go by WWE

Broken Matt is approaching its half-life. I wouldn't blame him for making a quick run in the E for the money. I have absolutely no desire to see him there but I get why he'd go back.

I don't especially want to see the Hardys back in WWE. They would no doubt screw up the Broken gimmick, so what would be the point if TNA is willing to pony up the cash?
Galloway would be better off just staying on the indies, maybe work overseas. It is my opinion that once WWE gives up on someone they never really ever care again regardless of how that guy makes a name for himself (see Albert and Gallows). They might rehire him but within 2 months he'll be jobbing to Enzo Amore on Raw (actually Galloway vs. Cass isn't a half bad idea).
The weird thing about Cody is that when he was in OVW he actually WAS called Cody Runnels. He is kind of in no man's land really. WWE had given up on him and saw him as nothing more than Stardust, while he isn't a strong enough actual wrestler to really hang with the top guys in Japan and the indies. Take away the last name of Rhodes--figuratively and literally in this case--and he would be no better off than his old OVW tag partner Shawn Spears (aka Tye Dillinger).

Credit where it's due to Galloway, he did what Cody Rhodes WANTED to do. Went out on the indies, busted his ass, and made WWE look stupid for letting him go. He'd be a credit to WWE. The Hardys.....I could not honestly care less if I ever saw them again.

I kind of expect Jarrett/Mantell to drive the Hardys off by trying to reign in the broken stuff for more traditional wrestling.

I think a TNA without the Hardy Boys, Drew Galloway and all the other ex WWE guys would be an interesting one. Keep EC3 (If you count him as a reject) and Lashley and use your money on building up a great X-Division and Tag Team division again whilst having a main event scene of EC3, James Storm (Might as well push him if you're going to give him six figures), Lashley, Mike Bennett (Yuck) and Moose.

Cody's problem is that his wrestling skills don't match the hype. He hasn't got the body of work against others like his indy peers does. Plus he is going to need a better hook than "WWE did me wrong" and being the 106th member of Bullet Club. Also, I know his reasoning and all, but just, "Cody," is a dumb as f*** name. But where he's going, he doesn't need Rhodes.

I'd love to see Drew back in the WWE Absolutely, whether RAW, SDL or NXT, he'd fit in everywhere

I can't see the Hardys back in WWE right now, at least not Matt. There is absolutely no way they let them do the Broken thing in the WWE and Matt is having a great time with it and making enough money as is. He'll probably end his career there but for now I could see Jeff going back to the WWE and Matt staying put or doing the indies.

Also, I know his reasoning and all, but just, "Cody," is a dumb as f*** name. I don't see what is wrong with "Cody Runnels". Guess it makes too much sense to use your real name instead of the stage name that WWE trademarked to prevent you from cashing out on. I give it 4 months before he's "Dusty Rhodes Jr". That will show everyone he is his own man. I kinda see where he is coming from in the he never called his father Virgil Runnels, so the name doesn't hold any specific meaning to him... But at the same time it's not like he ever legally changed his name to Cody Rhodes. Plus he is going to need a better hook than "WWE did me wrong" and being the 106th member of Bullet Club. Cody is absolutely someone that needs a gimmick and he can usually take even stupid ones and make it work for at least a short time... but "Just" Cody Rhodes has always been bland.
