GOOD breakfast sausage is one of my favorite things ever. But I seem to have run into a problem where every sausage I've had recently. even once tried and true options, have been off the mark as of late. So it's been pretty much nothing but bacon for me lately.

On its own and on breakfast tacos, bacon.
As part of a breakfast sandwich or biscuit, sausage.

When I ate meat, I loved sausage. I've always hated bacon. Now I buy this stuff and it's surprisingly decent.

Bacon. But not the crispy American streaky stuff (which can be nice if done right), I'm on about proper bacon.

Sausage. Bacon at a diner/fast food place is a rip off for amount of meat you get compared to Sausage.

Loved bacon into my teens, then sausage took over. I eat pork and beef, but prefer the taste of turkey sausage.

Did somebody make the Tommy Dreamer joke yet? Yep, they did. So I'm good.
I'd give the slight nod to bacon, although there are some days where nothing will do but a sausage patty with way too much cheese melted on it.

At my regular breakfast place, they have a plate with all three of bacon/sausage/ham. So I don't have to choose.

Sausage because as far as I'm concerned Bacon is overrated can f*** right off.
