What do you think was the reason for their bonding? Or what they talk about when they ride in a 3 hour road trip together? Or what do they do when they hang out with each other?

They are two world class Pineword Derby racers who met on the circuit and bonded from there. This is unspoken, but said through their body chemistry and it's obvious if you are paying attention at all.

I like how their friendship is so deep that Crews waited until Kalisto had gotten laid out by the chair and beaten to a pulp before bothering to make his failed save.

There are the two names pulled out a hat to be om screen friends. Sorta like Cena's random friendship with Yoshi Tatsu. Funny I kept mentioning how they had no angle or character development on Smackdown for weeks and now they are paired with Dolph Ziggler.
