Whenever you feel thirsty. I was going to link that. But yeah, if you're thirsty, drink. If you're not thirsty, don't try to force it.

I've just started replacing my daily workplace Coke Zero with water, due to both health and cost reasons. I don't feel better yet (hopefully that will come) but if it's in moderation then it can't be a bad thing, right? I drink more water than soda now, and I've noticed a change in myself. It had gotten to the point where even the woman in the canteen was saying 'Back for your Coke Zero, then?'. Water isn't as tasty, but it'll probably be better for me.

You can also get "drunk" on water. Had no idea this was real until I met some people who suffer from it. Something about too much water throwing your electrolytes out of balance. I drink nothing but water when I am at home or at my lady's place. If we go out to eat I will grab a soda. But never ran into any issues drinking nothing but water most of the time. Also on December 3rd I went to drinking nothing but water. In 3 weeks I lost right at 15lbs. We have an inmate that will get it in his head to drink water to the point of being loopy. And yeah, they lose their minds. My girlfriend did her student pharmacy work at the state mental hospital. And told me they had a building just for the people addicted to drinking water. They are so hooked on it that the staff has to lock down the toilet lids and tanks. And while she was there some workers get in trouble for selling the water addicts bottles of water for $4 a bottle.

I have an appointment with a urologist as I have passed two small stones that didn't hurt, thank God.
Anyway, from what he told me, dehydration is a factor and he said that most people think that dehydration means like they're in a desert or something, but it's not, one of my other doctors said as soon as you are thirsty, you're already dehydrated.
So I make a point to just drink water whenever I feel the need, I don't set a goal or limit, I just drink it as I feel
