You can include 2017 since some wrestlers have already been announced.

1992 (even jobbers like Texas Tornado were legends. No WWF singles title match means all big stars are in)
2002 (past and present united, similar to 92)
2001 (Rock and Austin, plus Taker/Kane/Show, all the pillars of the AE minus Hunter and Foley)
2003
1991 or 2005

1. 1990 (Dibiase/Jake/Piper/Savage/Dusty/Andre/Bret/Warrior/Hogan/Rude/Perfect/etc) 2. 1992 3. 1997 (for all its issues, we end with essentially Taker/Austin/Bret/Vader/Mankind/Terry Funk/Rock and future Kane, also Owen/Bulldog/HHH in it earlier) 4. 2002 (Taker/Austin/HHH/Angle/Big Show/Kane/RVD/Booker/DDP and a bunch of bigger at the time folk) 5. 2010 (HHH/HBK/Batista/Cena/Edge/Jericho/Punk)

I used to love how 1992 used to promote the fact they had 5 former WWF Champions, competing for the WWF Championship. It always meant something. (Even though Iron Sheik was was supposed to be someone else)

I think 2010 was the Rumble with the most African Americans. Kofi, R Truth, Mark Henry, MVP, Shelton Benjamin, JTG. Was there one with more?

1992 always gets mentioned in regards to star power and rightly so but 1990 was just as star studded.
90 has some huge stars that aren't in 92 like Warrior, Rude, Perfect, Andre, Bret.

Really you could gas up the lineup from any Rumble in history:
1993 had a dozen future WWE Hall of Famers in Ric Flair, Bob Backlund, Papa Shango, Ted DiBiase, Jerry "The King" Lawler, Mr. Perfect, Koko B. Ware, Fatu, Carlos Colon, Tito Santana, Yokozuna, and Macho Man Randy Savage.
Plus guys who might be going in this year like IRS and The Natural Disasters, as well as legitimate HOF candidates such as Genichiro Tenryu, The Undertaker, and Owen Hart.
--- 1994 had 7 future WWE Hall of Famers in Diesel, Bob Backlund, Macho Man Randy Savage, Shawn Michaels, Greg "The Hammer" Valentine, Bret "Hit Man" Hart, and Fatu.
Plus legitimate HOF candidates such as The Steiner Brothers, Owen Hart, Billy Gunn, Double J Jeff Jarrett, Bam Bam Bigelow, Lex Luger, Genichiro Tenryu, and The Model Rick Martel.
---
1995 had 5 future WWE Hall of Famers in Shawn Michaels, The Bushwhackers, Bob Backlund, and Fatu.
Plus legitimate HOF candidates such as The British Bulldog, The Model Rick Martel, Owen Hart, King Kong Bundy, Lex Luger, and Billy Gunn.

I think 2010 was the Rumble with the most African Americans. Kofi, R Truth, Mark Henry, MVP, Shelton Benjamin, JTG. Was there one with more? 1998 also has 6 with Faarooq, Rock, D'Lo, Henry, Kama and Ahmed Johnson.

I'd give it to 1990. Awesome line-up that was capped off with the epic Hogan/Warrior confrontation.

I always thought 2008 was jammed packed with stars. Most of the jobbers had not really faced of with some of the stars so it was fresh.

This year's has to be near the top, if not AT the top of the list.
Undertaker, Goldberg, Lesnar, Rollins, Ambrose, Miz, Corbin, Ziggler, Strowman, Jericho, and the New Day so far.
You could argue that any one of those names is built up enough, or is close enough that a Rumble win is all it will take. Maybe not the New Day, but they ARE the all-time tag title record holders, so they're a big enough name as well. And Ziggler is on a losing streak, but he's been on top before. I know he hasn't a snowball's chance of winning, but in kayfabe terms, he is a former WHC and can do it. The only 2 people in that list (sans the New Day) who haven't been on top of the mountain are presented as unstoppable monsters on their respective brands.

1997 had self proclaimed GOAT Mil Mascaras so that wins.
