I wonder if the Texans bring in a starter or go with Savage next season. Do they keep Osweiler as a backup or just cut him. Ignoring the prohibitive cost in cutting him, you cannot make a move like that and cut him after one year. That is a complete indictment on the ownership and front office that rarely happens. Despite what the owner said going into the playoffs, they are far more likely to have a turnover in the coaching staff to something that they deem more Brock friendly.

@espnstatsinfo
Patriots are in the conference championship game for a record sixth consecutive season (breaking tie with 1973-77 Raiders).

Patriots play like crap and still cover the second largest spread in NFL playoff history. Houston is not very good.
This will be the worst the Patriots play during the pre season thankfully ir came against the right team

Must be nice to be a Pats fan Oh it is. Especially for fans like me who remember when they were the NFL's laughingstock in the late 80's/early 90's. Now they're a model franchise. As for tonight, I'll give Houston a lot of credit they played a tough game especially on defense. There's a lot of former Patriots on that coaching staff and I wish them the best of luck. Also I wish Big Vince well. He was a monster for the Pats for many years. The Patriots overcame a lot of mistakes to win tonight. Hopefully they can limit those next week.

The Texans got lucky in week 16 with Carr/Mariota getting hurt. And week 16 vs. Cincy- they're a Bullock FG miss from potentially losing the division to Matt Cassel even without Mariota (Had HOU lost to CIN on Christmas Eve, HOU/TEN is winner-take-all).
What a shame that after 3.5 months this season of Raiders/Patriots talk and the potential playoff matchup, we end up with..... THIS.

I have yet to see a team lose by less than 10 pts in these playoffs (the average is 18,3 after six games).

Feels like GB/DAL is the team vs. the individual.
It's basically Aaron Rodgers trying to win games all by himself.

@espnstatsinfo
Tom Brady completed 47.4 percent of his passes, the worst completion percentage in a postseason game in his career.
And they still won lol
