Watchmen,I had been waiting on a film of it since issue 12 shipped decades ago and I got a damn good film.
V for me misses lots of the main points of the comic.
Constantine shouldn't count. It was based on the Hellblazer solo series, which Moore never wrote an issue of. It is more a mish mash of stuff Ennis and other people wrote.
From Hell Like V missed the point of the comic.
Killing Joke would have been good with out all the crap Dini felt he had to insert into the story. Still don't see why he gets so much praise.
LoEG-Saw the film before reading the comic and liked the idea but not the execution. Then read the comic. God that was awful. Got the trade of the first series for 3 bucks read it once and gave it away.

And all the whores and politicians will look up and shout, "Save us!"
And I'll look down and whisper, "No."

I guess V For Vendetta? I didn't love any of the movies listed and outright hated a couple (LoEG, Watchmen).
You know what, I'm just gonna say Swamp Thing counts and go with that one.

I'd go with Watchmen. It wasn't perfect, but I think it got the essence of each character right. V For Vendetta's movie made V a lot more sympathetic than they were in the comic.

LoEG for me. Just a fun action movie. Wasn't that faithful to the source, but then ot's not as if Moore's ever bothered doing that himself.

I still have not read or watched V For Vendetta, but not that I don't want to because I have always been interested in checking them out.
As for Watchmen, I remember seeing that in theaters back in 2009 and this wasn't too long after I had read it. I had a feeling it was an adaptation of the graphic novel as a lot of sequences felt really familiar when I watched it. I remember some people told me that they didn't like it and my guess is because they thought that it would be a superhero action film when it was far from that. Sure, there were action scenes, but there really wasn't someone you rooted for or against. I have been meaning to buy the Blu Ray of that. To tell you the truth, watching on HBO made the film grow on me more, even though I was not too fond of Matthew Goode's performance as Adrian Veidt.

Killing Joke would have been good with out all the crap Dini felt he had to insert into the story. Still don't see why he gets so much praise. Dini actually didn't have anything to do with it. Written by Brian Azzarello, produced by Bruce Timm, Alan Burnett, and Sam Register.

Blame Timm, pretty sure he's responsible for the godawful first 30 minutes of Killing Joke

As stupid and nonsensical as LXG is, I love that stupid, stupid movie. The first Swamp Thing film came out a year before Moore was given a job writing the book. I can't think of a thing in the 1987 sequel Return of Swamp Thing that was taken from Moore's run, either; it was all based on the '70s version.

Probably V for Vendetta, if only because Watchmen totally ruined the ending. {Spoiler}The entire point of the fake alien is that it's a third party earth can unite against. Dr. Manhattan is an american agent. Blaming it on him makes no sense.
