Some of the set ups were so hokey...like Walker going to a trailer to celebrate a teenager's birthday. A girl we have never seen before. And she's just hanging out with Walker and her Momma. Of course she gets raped or whatever and Walker goes in for the kill.
Plus we got Macho Man, Hogan and Piper as guest stars because Norris is a WWF mark.

We can not forget "Sons of Thunder" "Nash Bridges" "Martial Law" and other action vehicles that spawned on CBS from the Walker success.

I take it nobody counts that ill-fated comeback TV movie that ended on a cliffhanger? {Spoiler}{Spoiler} Didn't Alex end up getting shot outside of court?

I hate to bust a myth, but I live in Texas, and I have looked behind me many a time, and still, there is not a Ranger there. It's bullshit.

I take it nobody counts that ill-fated comeback TV movie that ended on a cliffhanger? I remember finding that someone had posted the "Trial By Fire" TV-movie and watching it one time. It did not feel like a Walker episode. Trivette was only seen for one scene. Gage called Walker "Sir." There were a couple of new characters who we didn't know. Nia Peeples didn't return. We can not forget "Sons of Thunder" "Nash Bridges" "Martial Law" and other action vehicles that spawned on CBS from the Walker success. I really wish that I got to see Sons of Thunder and Martial Law now. I got into Walker when USA and Hallmark used to air reruns and I remember that there was a crossover two-parter with Martial Law. I really want to see that episode now but I can't (Unless I find bootlegs or something). As for Sons of Thunder, I am really curious about this show as it had Carlos and Trent and I liked those characters. It's too bad it didn't last. I actually watched Nash Bridges and I liked that show. I remember the date rape episode. That was hokey and I remember the terrible club music that was played at the beginning. Also, Sting appeared in an episode as a biker gang leader.
